GIVING IN AND ALLOWING THE ENEMY TO BUILD STRONGHOLDS AFFECTS OUR TOTAL HEALTH, MIND, HEART, BODY, AND SOUL

What constitute the reason for illnesses in our lives? There are not just one or two things that affects our health, but there are many things. There are things that we automatically look over or do not see because it does not seem likely or possible or through distractions and delusions, we have been made blind to them. (Jeremiah 11:19 But I was like a gentle lamb led to the slaughter; And I did not know that they had devised plots against me, {saying,} “Let us destroy the tree with its fruit, And let us cut him off from the land of the living, That his name be remembered no more.”) Let us look at one such thing, who bring on most of the destructions and distresses in our lives. Maybe when we understand the role (to devour all that he can) the enemy plays in the world, then, we will stop blaming everyone (even GOD), except him, for the valleys on our life’s journey.

Although, we would not think to consider this under the category as a major cause of sickness or illness, it is. Now, do not get me wrong, I am by no means glorifying him. But here to let you know that because of the power we give to him every day, he has the capability of causing total chaos in our lives. This one such “thing” is Satan who most people do not take seriously. And because of this nonchalant attitude toward him, his ability to attack an unprotected (those who are without the WORD, Yashuah (Jesus, to combat him), mind and heart is easy to do. Today he is running rampant in the world (1 Peter 5:8 Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour). We must get ourselves together, with the help and strength of YHWH (GOD), through Yashuah (Jesus), and the Holy Spirit.  And most people, due to unbelief (in GOD), fear of men, hatred toward one another, or just plain selfishness and not caring, are experiencing a range of illnesses simply by participating, naively, in his scheme to take all of us down. 

Just look around you at the evil man has, is, and will continue to perpetrate while being led by the enemy. It has gone viral in all manner of violence, affecting every aspect of our society, the way family, friends, and enemies deal with you) (Luke12:53 The father shall be divided against the son, and the son against the father; the mother against the daughter, and the daughter against the mother; the mother in law against her daughter in law, and the daughter in law against her mother in law). It (the effects of the destruction of Satan’s influences) permeates (spread) even to the core of every individual heart. All a product of the influences of our enemy.

The enemy is a disease (virus) of the soul, and promotes all sorts of illnesses, mind, heart, body, and soul. He does this by speaking lies in our ears and putting delusions, misunderstanding, and confusion, in our hearts. The enemy sets up strongholds, in areas of our lives, that only YHWH (GOD), through Yashuah (Jesus) are able to remove. (2 Corinthians 10:4-5 4 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) 5 Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ;) Yashuah has informed us that those who seek and follow after Him and seek His help by asking for their hearts and minds to be guarded, are His sheep, but those are not the ones whom He is after. He is has come for the ones who do not believe and are sick, deep in sin. This illness, only Jesus can cure. (Mark 2:17 (NIV) 17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.”)

To become strong against the wiles of the devil, we should always pray, in faith, that we are forgiven of sins, committed, and that the Lord will raise us up to the next level in our journey.

GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

Prayer

LORD, with Your love, mercy, grace, power, and presence, we have all that we need to bring down the strongholds the enemy has tried to or was successful in setting up in different areas of our lives.  We thank You for being and allowing Your WORD, Yashuah (Jesus) to be the “Instrument of destruction” that removed them in a mighty way. We ask for forgiveness of our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. We thank You for Your continued love, grace, and mercy. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

James 5:15

15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven.

1 Corinthians 11:30

30 That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep (because of sin).
