THE COLOR OF GOD’S LOVE IS A RAINBOW

Although this world maybe deep in sin, the color of God’s love will bring about deliverance. (In Genesis 9:12 God said, rainbow is the token of covenant made between ME and you and every living creature with you for perpetual generations: 13 I do set MY rainbow in the clouds as token of covenant between ME and the earth. 14 It shall come to pass when I bring cloud over earth rainbows seen in the skies). GOD’S LOVE.

The color of God’s Love for us is clear, clear down to our bones, removing (when we submit, ask, repent) our sins, worries, fears, and cares. Although the color of His love can be considered as clear and pure, He incorporated the other colors for variety. YHWH’s Love has no respect for one particular color, but it has symbolic meanings for each, and He loves them all; just as He placed them. So, the next time you are aware of the colors around you, you will think of YAH and understand why He chose to paint that particular thing that color. And even though you may not care for a particular color, (used to identify a class of people, places, or things), you will be careful not deny it the right to perform its chosen purpose; to give honor and glory to its Originator. (Revelation 4:11 “Worthy are you, our Lord and God, to receive glory and honor and power, for you created all things, and by your will they existed and were created.”) (John 1:3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made).

Nothing equals, the color of God’s love for us. But if we must try, we could say, for a visual purpose, that it can be compared to a beautiful rainbow which shows all facets of each color of His color spectrum. This was an ultimate show of God’s love for mankind, a display of beauty to let man see His love for us and the possibility of man’s love for one another. And that all colors could coexist and maintain its own sense of purpose, without imposition, by way of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Let’s wrap our minds around the wonderfully interesting part of this observation (it is a Truth), that unlike man, YHWH cannot see just one color without seeing them all. He created all to play a specific part in His master plan, thus giving it variety, flavor, and color.  When He destroyed all living things on the earth for the first time, afterward, He made a covenant with mankind that it would not be destroyed by water again. His token of this covenant is the rainbow, which comes out after a torrential rain, indicating God’s promise of love, He made. As He looks upon it, He remembers His love for us. (Genesis 9:12-17 12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations: 13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. 14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: 15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. 16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth. 17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth).

“We can and will equate it to the array of people (color, emotions, likes and dislikes) whom YAH saw necessary to inhabit the earth. Look at the many different skin colors. You cannot tell me that YAH does not love His variety in color.”

In the Bible, His love represents absolute purity. In the Bible, to give man a visual of God’s pure love, it is compared to a white wedding gown. This symbol of purity is not of a bride wearing a white dress, but it is a representation of the concept and quality of God’s love; worn by His children, representatives of the work that our Lord Jesus did on the cross. It is truly amazing that with His red blood He covered us and washed our sinful (black) hearts whiter than snow; recap, red covers black and make it white, tell me God is not an awesome God. It also denotes the work of the Holy Spirit who continues to carry on the work of our Lord, giving us a change of heart, the breath of life, creating in us a new and clean spirit. (the purity of Christ Daniel 7:9 I beheld till the thrones were cast down, and the Ancient of days did sit, whose garment was white as snow, and the hair of his head like the pure wool: his throne was like the fiery flame, and his wheels as burning fire. Revelation 2:17 17 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth saving he that receiveth it. The purity of God’s judgment Revelation 20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. It is also used to depict God’s complete victory over the powers of evil. (Even His horses are of color) Zechariah 6:1-6 And I turned, and lifted up mine eyes, and looked, and, behold, there came four chariots out from between two mountains; and the mountains were mountains of brass. 2 In the first chariot werered horses; and in the second chariot black horses; 3 And in the third chariot white horses; and in the fourth chariot grisled and bay horses. 4 Then I answered and said unto the angel that talked with me, What are these, my lord? 5 And the angel answered and said unto me, These are the four spirits of the heavens, which go forth from standing before the Lord of all the earth. Revelation 6:2 And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. And 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war).

We can only imagine how YHWH, GOD, His Son, Yashuah, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit incorporated all the colors of the world according to their purposes and responsibilities; humans, animals, vegetations, and all that’s under the sea. We all have a single purpose and that is to serve and honor YHWH, God, through our Lord and Saviour Yashuah, Jesus. We should be glad that they did because, truth be told, if we had everything white while here on earth; a constant awake, hyped-up state that would not make for a sure beautiful place or a constant gloom, doom, dark and black state, a constant down, out and depressed that would not make for a beautiful place either. So, the Lord, in all of His goodness and love for us, decided to throw a splash of color in every aspect of His creations, man, plants, animals, clouds to make it interesting. How can we forget His rainbow. A symbol of how the color of His love shows and is made apparent in all He has done, even His most precious gift of love (depicting How much He loves and care for us and our well-being) our Lord and Saviour’s Blood.

To me, at one end of the spectrum, (the end that we may understand) white represents purity, alertness, the bright, aluminous energy, our body needs, to keep us pushing forward, together, in a righteous way as a servant of God: just as many colors are used to create the ultimate masterpiece, portrait or painting, when working together, we create the ultimate masterpiece of life: love everlasting through Jesus, our Christ. (Romans 12:4-5 4 For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: 5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another). For the eye palette (which searches the earth’s canvas, for beauty, color, and variety) it would be such a bland, non-exciting place to exist without color to define, denote, and designate. But, for God’s purpose, color is a must have.

My take on this is, that as we become totally in tuned and emersed in YHWH’s love, while we are here on earth, (those who truly love and care to understand God’s Word, walk in His way, and do His will) and when we get emersed in His Word (Jesus) and to heaven, will see that white is the color God assigned to encase righteousness, purity, alertness, the color of His cleansing, all-encompassing ultimate love for us; the transfiguring Light of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, our Christ, to save us from sin and to lift up our spirits. And all the other colors follow with an enhancement only He can accomplish. Because, you see, even though white is the foundation, the other colors are needed, to help build the perfect home: none is no more important than the other in the sight of God. (Romans 2:11 For there is no respect of persons with God. (Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool). (1 John 1:5 This then is the message which we have hard of Him, and declare unto you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. 6 If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness we lie and do not the truth: 7. But if we walk in the light, as He is in the light, we have fellowship one with another; and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanseth us from all sin).

Now on the other hand we have black. Black is usually associated with all things contrary to YHWH, God’s, Word which is good and full of love, mercy, and grace. Since God sees His creations as being good, He reached to the other end of the spectrum and reserved black to be the symbol of all that is evil and sinful. In the Bible, black is also used to symbolize fear, evil, gloom, judgment, and death. Hell is described in Jude and 2 Peter as a place of “the blackest of darkness”. (Jude 1:6 And the angels which kept not their first estate, but left their own habitation, He hath reserved in everlasting chains under darkness unto the judgement of the great day). (Jude 1:13, KJV: Raging waves of the sea, foaming out their own shame; wandering stars, to whom is reserved the blackness of darkness for ever). (2 Peter 2:17 These are wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever;) (4:8 Their visage is blacker than a coal; they are not known in the streets: their skin cleaveth to their bones; it is withered, it become like a stick.  Micah 3:6 Therefore night shall be unto you, that ye shall not have a vision; and it shall be dark unto you, that ye shall not divine; and the sun shall go down over the prophets, and the day shall be dark over them).

LET’S CLEAR THE AIR ON THIS BLACK AND WHITE THING! Seeing that YHWH gave all the pure, positive, wonderful, non-conforming, good characters to white, there are no white man; many other shades but not the white of Gods truth. Because none are pure enough to be given this color and all have come short of the glory of God. So, since the color represents pure goodness (no one is but God) that cancelled it out, post hast. And I do not care what people think or say about the subject; it is a fact, that for saints and sinners alike, all want to go to heaven but do not want to seek the knowledge, and wisdom for the truth on how; we’ll try to sneak in the back gate. On the other hand (there is always two hands; good and evil) God gave all negative,  evil, connotations to the color black to describe sin, therefore, no man, was made black! YAH would never call His creation sin, but He said we are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14 I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well): His masterpiece. Our ways and choices are sins.

Black is the total opposite of white (purity and light), with all the other colors in the middle. But, as with everything in God’s plan, for our good, it has purpose and does play a major part. It tells our body when it is time to rest or when to take flight. It is an ominous picture to show our hearts what not to do or how not to perform, as we claim to be a child of God. So, if you are feeling down and out, because of all the evil in this world, (with a little gray cloud following you around), perk up and be of good cheer, Gods got you, no worry no fear. Look at it this way, if you want to get rid of the doom and gloom, the darkness in your life, you know Who to turn to. Ask Him to get rid of it, help you through, or strengthen you to be still while He deals with it and in a few more shades (to the right) you will reach the Light. (John 8:12 Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying, I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life).

You see, our freedom from any gloominess, darkness, or the state of feeling unimportant is accomplished through the injection, (of Jesus) Who is the epitome and source of purity (white). Know this. God’s method of operation is pure perfection, it is so far above man’s consideration or conscientiousness until there is no earthly explanation; let’s stick with His Word and leave our imagining it out of the process; we will mess it up every time. As we work toward it, along the way it is for you and me to gain and maintain valuable experiences and information during the course of our life. Now, if we must cheat, the cheat sheet is Jesus, the definition and all the answers of Love and any other questions. It I quite amazing that in the majority of His awesome plan, He has for us, He will, and often does chooses the dark horse, so to speak, clean them up and use their lights to shine, confounding the world by taking away what it considers important, yet giving it what it needs. (1 Corinthians 1:26-28 26 For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called: 27 But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty; 28 And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:)

“You, LORD, are my light You keep my lamp burning; You my God, turns my darkness into light.” Thank You, God for always guiding, and keeping me going even when I am in a dark and lonely place. “When Your light shines in the darkness, the darkness has to move, it cannot overcome it.”

There are other important colors which represents the presence of God. Red is the color which is the all-covering, the cleansing power of God, the power working Blood of Christ; God’s undying love for mankind, through the sacrifice of His only Son, who shed His blood for you and me. (John 6:55 For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed). Violet or Blue indicates heaven, the Holy Spirit, and truth. (John 14:17 Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you). Purple denotes God’s position of royalty in the whole of life itself, and the feeling of royalty toward His people which He has chosen; Purple is obtained by mixing red (Blood of Christ, flesh) and blue (Word of God). The resultant color meaning in the Bible is royalty or priesthood; chosen by God to be His ambassadors on earth, proclaiming and representing His Love and all the fullness of that which He is; highly praiseworthy, meritorious, or virtuous, in Him, or the value and esteem, in all the things He does for us.Yes, YAH is meant to be praised with shouts from the roof top so everyone can hear! We are meant to be His royal people by allowing the Blood of Christ to wash us while the Word of God enlightens, and the Spirit of God guides us with purity of heart, uprightness of mind, sincerity, virtue, piety, are excellencies of character; enabling us to perform, that which we have been assigned, an accurate execution, through the knowledge, in an excellent way, of the purpose we play in His exaltation. (1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light;)

The color green is usually associated with vegetation and represents life, eternal life, restoration, and a new beginning.

Yes, all the colors are dear to YHWH’s heart (He created them, and He loves everything He created) and I believe that clear, and pure are the greatest colors of all forms of love, when it comes to understanding and knowing our God (it represents His over-all being). All of us must be cleansed when we accept Jesus as our personal Saviour (His Blood). And sometimes during that cleansing, we must be tried by the presence of God’s fiery furnace to see where our heart really is. This is where you get your Gold or yellow which represents God’s presence as the furnace, (even though they represent many things in the Bible). We, as His children, must go through the furnace of affliction, trials, troubles, and tribulations, and be proved, refined and purified, so that the trial of our faith will be found continuously praising, honoring, and giving Jesus glory to His coming. (Zechariah 13:9 – And I will bring the third part through the fire, and will refine them as silver is refined, and will try them as gold is tried: they shall call on my name, and I will hear them: I will say, It is my people: and they shall say, The LORD is my God). (1 Peter 1:7 – That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ:) ( Isaiah 48:10 – Behold, I have refined thee, but not with silver; I have chosen thee in the furnace of affliction). (Deuteronomy 4:24 For the Lord thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God)

Blue in the Bible indicates heaven, the Holy Spirit, and Word of God, truth. (Jeremiah 10:9 Silver spread into plates is brought from Tarshish, and gold from Uphaz, the work of the workman, and of the hands of the founder: blue and purple is their clothing: they are all the work of cunning men). (Exodus 24:10  And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet as it were a paved work of a sapphire stone, and as it were the body of heaven in his clearness). GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

“But in all the things that can identify true love, the one that truly matters is God’s love, a pure, unconditional, clear, undiluted, love toward us and our love toward Him and each other.”

I am a wife, mother, grandmother and great grand. I love my family, friends and everyone I meet. But most of all I love me some YHWH Who is the lifter of my head and the light of my life's pathway. Without Him I can do nothing but with Him nothing is impossible for me to do.
