AT ALL TIMES WE NEED TO PRAY. BIG PRAYERS, LITTLE PRAYERS, AND ALL THAT IS IN-BETWEEN – BECAUSE WHEN WE BEGIN TO PRAY AMAZING AND WONDERFUL THINGS STARTS TO HAPPEN.
What is prayer? When I googled the definition, this definition came up for the Biblical definition of Prayer, “Prayer is communication with God. We do this by praising Him, confessing our sin before Him, thanking Him, and asking Him for our needs and desires. Prayer is communion with our Creator. When we pray, we engage in an individual and loving fellowship with the Maker of heaven and earth; all that there is and ever will be.” And as we stop to listen to what YHWH God, through Yashuah, Jesus, has to say, (in response to our request, concerns, and questions), we receive the true answers. God has, is, and always which promotes, peace, joy, and an abundance of encouragement, boldness, faith, trust, and happiness to help us withstand the good, bad, and all that is in-between times, of our life.
You do not need a special closet nor a special posture, all you need to do is to open your mouth and PRAY!
GET IN THE HABIT OF PRAYING AT ALL TIMES!
Prayer is not necessarily a long, loud, drawn-out production, performed to impress man, yet intended for God in order for it to be heard, received, or even required of Him. It can be a word or two in silence, as long as it is honest, and loving, in Jesus’ name. Its basic and important content is all about the belief, trust, and faith we have in Our Father. The communication we have with God should reflect our relationship with Him; containing our praise to Him for all He has, will, is doing and most of all giving His only Son for our sins; His Son, our Lord Jesus. Then we must include the confession of our sins before Him. It is imperative that we do not take God, Jesus, nor the Holy Spirit for granted, so when we ask for what we need and desires, it is only right that we get in the habit of expressing our sincere and gracious thankfulness, every day to Them and Their parts they play in our daily lives; all done in Jesus’ name. (Philippians 4:6-7 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus).
Now if you are one that is and can honestly commit to praying a long ceremonial prayer, have at it. God is pleased for the time and thought given Him as long as you come correct. Ephesians 6:18 (NIV) 18 And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people). God hears the short, sweet, fervent, ones also. I think He hears these quicker because they do not take a long time to express, we can pause to hear from God, and He can get His answer in sooner. Whereas the long ones require coming up for air so God can get His word in edgewise. But if you are one who does not have the art of long prayer, due to lack of thought and words to say, don’t get discouraged and not pray at all. Prayer is the serious, conversation you and God have with each other. It is not one-sided, both have a contribution to make; you ask, thank, and wait; God receive, consider, and answer.
So, as we present to the LORD, all that we are and our needs and desires, we must stop to listen to what YHWH God, through Yashuah, Jesus, has to say. Because while we are communicating with our Father, we will find that listening and then waiting (so that in lieu of our requests and questions), we need hear what God has to say, through Jesus, and position ourselves to receive the response and answers, from YAH, as His people. Understand this, that every answer God, through Jesus, gives us promotes, peace, joy, and an abundance of courage, boldness, faith, trust, and happiness to help us withstand the good, bad, and all that is in-between, times of our life. (Mark 4:24 – And he said unto them, Take heed what ye hear: with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you: and unto you that hear shall more be given. Psalms 37: 4-5 Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass). God wants us to open our minds and hearts to hear from Him, while we are communicating with Him, while praying. And He tells us that if we would become total transparent to Him He will come to us, at all times, and will eat and fellowship with us. Revelation 3:20 – Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me. Romans 10:17 – So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God).
PRAY, PRAY, PRAY! For the world, for others, for self.
GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.
