As we are seeing and experiencing in these time (times not uncertain to YHWH, God, He knew what would become of man), when we go contrary to God’s word, will, and way, (yes, we, even the sheep of His pasture, have gone astray), all hell break loose. Man becomes insufficient in his own effort at life.
The analogy of the present-day situation is one which concludes that we have become insufficient in our commitment to God because most have strayed so far from Him; in their effort to do their own thing. In other words, we have become lacking in integrity, morality; incapable, incompetent, inadequate, and most are longing. When man gets to this point God steps in, in a most powerful way; deciding that we need a wake-up and shake-up call to re-direct and point us toward the righteous purpose of our presence. And He won’t let go until (for those who truly love Him) we see the sufficiency of His strength in our weakness; how it works for our good. It can come upon us, in the form of man, weather, pestilence, or disease; but He gets our attention regardless of what form it comes.
The sufficiency of His love, mercy and grace shines through for those who continuously call on Him in whatever calamity, chaos, or confusion we face; knowing that the control we have over many of our circumstances is very limited. But God has control over everything. His hands pick us up when we fall; guide us, provide for us, and give us the stability to stand, overcome, and work through that which we must face, in our lives. But understand this, that when we do not rely on the sufficiency of and realize that the Word and grace of God is sufficient for all who believe and are willing (through trust and belief) to face the adversary; with the strength of our God, through Jesus, we fail miserably.
So, we must develop a righteous attitude which tells us that leaning and relying on God’s grace and strength, through His Word, Jesus, makes us sufficient for any ailment that is aimed toward or in our bodies. Those used by the enemy to distract and take us away from our service to YHWH, God, in Yashuah, Jesus, name and our fellow man. GOD’S GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.
(2 Corinthians 12:8-10 8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. 9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong).
