JESUS MOVED ONE STEP UP

JESUS MOVED ONE STEP UP: HE CONQUERED IT ALL FOR US. EVEN THAT WHICH WE HAVE MESSED UP!

Jesus, our Lord, and Saviour, had only but to move one step up from the man incarnate, sent by God to save our sin-sick souls; securing, with His saving mercy and grace, moving us toward His original design, and a place in eternity. With that step, He conquered all the things that are contrary to the will of God: those things that are borne through and of sin which we commit, knowingly and unknowingly, against YHWH, God, self, and our brothers and sisters every day. And we know that when Jesus steps up, sin has to sit down or flee.  If salvation is understood as a return to God’s original design for creation, then the scriptures (even from the very beginning, tell us how it will happen) tells us how we were the apple of God’s eye (Zechariah 2:8 For thus says the Lord of hosts: “He sent Me after glory, to the nations which plunder you; for he who touches you touches the apple of His eye).

The LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground. Notice that in all God’s creations the contents are all come from the ground, fellows of the sum of the whole; the same. And breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. Jesus’ one step up (God saw that because of man’s sinful nature, He had to take His love, for us, just a little higher. So, He sent His only Son (wrapped in the flesh of a man; given all the characteristics as one, for us to be assured that man can understand YHWH, God’s Word (Jesus and what He did), Walk in His Way, and do His will. God sent Jesus and He suffered (moving one step up from His already majestic glory to the place we will not ever understand) to unify all that God has created with love for each other as He first loved us; an unconditional, peaceful, and spiritually productive love for the entire human race. (Genesis 2:2-10 Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them. 2 And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made. 3 And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made. 4 These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the Lord God made the earth and the heavens, 5 And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the Lord God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground. 6 But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground. 7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul. 8 And the Lord God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed. 9 And out of the ground made the Lord God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil. 10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads).

Before He fashioned us in the womb, I truly believe, with all my heart, that YHWH, God, saw every one of our beginning, middle, and the end of our duration on earth, right through to eternity. And all that would determine the fate of this fallen world, and getting rid of all that is ungodly; destroying it as we know it. He set in motion, from the beginning; the moment the incident took place in the Garden of Eden, His plan of perfection. A plan that, as Yashuah set on His right-hand side waiting for the command to go one step higher; took our Lord through all the troubles, trials, and tribulations we would ever experience and some we would not, to get ready for the initiation and conclusion of God’s eternal plan for mankind. Which, by the way, cannot be altered or shaken by man. (Jeremiah 1:5 Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you; I appointed you a prophet to the nations. Psalm 33:11 The plans of the LORD stand firm forever, the purposes of His heart through all generations. Proverbs 19:21 Many are the plans in a person’s heart, but it is the Lord’s purpose that prevails. Proverbs 16:9 In their hearts humans plan their course, but the Lord establishes their steps).

Let us not get it twisted, thinking God does it all because we are made in His image. That is not the case, He really and truly loves us. He created us to serve Him and then, called (still do but I don’t know why) us His masterpiece. And like an earthly father who loves, plan, provide, and protects his children, God does it so much better; He knows the ins and outs of our original design, so He works beyond well, with what He knows, His workmanship. With this knowledge that we are given by the examples, made possible from God through Jesus’ walk, while on earth, we should never consider ourselves self-sufficient (able to go at it alone) or beyond nor above reproach; the reach of YHWH, God. Because it is the duty of God’s chosen ones to walk in the good works as Jesus did, remembering that we did not always have this honor, freedom, and favor from our Father. But God, since we were a foreign object to the body of God, chose to call us out of the sinful flesh, not through the circumcision made by hand but the circumcision by way of the blood of Christ, made to the heart. Our hope is now sure because it is in God, through Christ. And we have become heirs of His promises: we have been made righteous by the blood of Jesus, our Lord and Saviour. (Ephesians 2:9-13 9 Not of works, lest any man should boast. 10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them. 11 Wherefore remember, that ye being in time past Gentiles in the flesh, who are called Uncircumcision by that which is called the Circumcision in the flesh made by hands; 12 That at that time ye were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel, and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope, and without God in the world: 13 But now in Christ Jesus ye who sometimes were far off are made nigh by the blood of Christ).

It is a big contrast in what we lost in Adam and what we gain in Christ. What we lost in Adam was the right to the Tree of Life or life as God would have us to enjoy and life eternal. But what we found in Yashuah, Jesus was/is our Saviour, mediating and standing in the balance for us, as a guarantee (when we confess and accept Him as our Saviour) from the sins of our participation and the destruction of our soul, was and is eternal life.

God set high and look low and with Him is Jesus and the Holy Spirit. So, our Lord and Savior has always set high. But He chose to go up one step higher, in His love, for the Father, whose love for us is beyond our comprehension. Why would He concern Himself with such filthy things as we have shown ourselves to be. Why do you ask? Because of His unconditional love for us; one that does not have a beginning nor end it just is. And the fact that He sees, in us that which we cannot see, but through Jesus He does. Jesus, our Lord, and Saviour moved past Adam, (even through temptation) in His commitment to the Father, to allow us to come to the throne of grace with a boldness, obtaining the mercy, from The Father, and finding the much-needed grace for such a time as these. (Hebrews 4:14-16 14 Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 15 For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16 Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need).

So, the next time you start thinking about what could, should, or would have been think of the hell (that final step up toward His redemptive power) Jesus went through to give us the chance at God’s redeeming mercy and grace, our part is  through accepting Him and His way, word, and will, repenting, and loving. GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRIT

THE BODY, SOUL, AND SPIRIT: ALL INCLUSIVE IN THE ART OF MAN LIVING A BALANCE LIFE

It is not something that comes up in many conversations, but I would like to think that there are times when we wonder what the difference between the body, soul, and spirit are, and what purpose each plays in our lives.  How and why are they necessary and how do we respond to them. The two (body and soul) dies so the one (spirit) may live.

THE BODY

Let’s first, take a look at the body, the framework of man, the obvious part which makes up man; the material substance that surrounds the internal organs of man and encase the soul and spirit of man.  God tells us not to worry about our life (what man can do to us) or be not anxious for your body (what we need to survive or again, what man can do to our body). Because even though our body plays a significant part in our existence, it is not the most important thing in eternity. Its service is limited to the earthly part of our journey. Sure, God has made it to be a buffer to stand in between the outside world and all that is in it, preventing harm from all that is within. And while we are here, we are to service our body, (it is the temple of God) according to the word so that it will serve its purpose of housing all that is within, to be useful to the LORD our God, through the examples given by our Lord and Saviour, Jesus, our Christ. (1 Corinthians 6:18-20 18 Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body. 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20 For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s).

We should not be overly concerned as instructed, yet not yield to all sorts of ungodliness. One specified in scripture is fornication, but all regarded as going against the will of God. (Matthew 6:25-34 25 Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink; nor yet for your body, what ye shall put on. Is not the life more than meat, and the body than raiment? 26 Behold the fowls of the air: for they sow not, neither do they reap, nor gather into barns; yet your heavenly Father feedeth them. Are ye not much better than they? 27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his stature? 28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: 29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. 30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith? 31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? 32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things. 33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you. 34 Take therefore no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof.

So, we have learned that our body is matter, as opposed to spirit. It is the physical structure of a person or an animal, including the bones, flesh, and organs.

The body, as we see, is also the encasement that houses the soul and spirit and all other necessary things, which God strategically placed in it, giving it its functionality and us our abilities and capabilities. Therefore, that which YAH has given us, makes us complete in Him. This is the main reason we as His children, should take care of it; being mindful of what we put into it and what comes out of it. It is the unrenewed part of man, or sensual affections. We can’t go out and buy, borrow, or steal another body; the one you have is it, until we receive our heavenly body, which is altogether different from our earthly, (it does not perish). We will not get a new fleshly body but will receive a spiritual one; we are stuck with the one we have. So, we can agree that the body is a fortified encasement, constructed by God, which has been cut off from the spirit and soul through the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. A shadow of things to come. A new body of Christ. Colossians 2:10-12 10 And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power: 11 In whom also ye are circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, in putting off the body of the sins of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ: 12 Buried with him in baptism, wherein also ye are risen with him through the faith of the operation of God, who hath raised him from the dead.

If we do not keep the body in good condition, we stand to forfeit the soul and even our spirit. These two entities are housed, temporarily, in the body. When the body is gone the soul goes with it, if not before. I say that, meaning, that the body may still exist. You walk, talk, live, and will but only in show. The soul, (that part which encapsulate those abilities) has been scorched by the evil of this world; it has lost its savor; its will, to walk in the production of God’s purpose; to live, love, and help each other has been torn and tormented by the evil one and by those who refuse to understand and accept the dynamics of Christ our Redeemer coming to earth (notice how brief it was; but He had a purpose which was fulfilled). Let us seek to get an understanding of our body, soul, and spirit, and learn how they work separately (doing what each is created to do). And together, as one well-oiled wheel, if we promote the habit of wrapping ourselves in God’s Word, walking in His Way, and no matter how uneasy it is for our flesh, do His Will; allowing them to do so. (Matthew 15:11, 15-20 11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man. 15 Then answered Peter and said unto him, Declare unto us this parable. 16 And Jesus said, Are ye also yet without understanding? 17 Do not ye yet understand, that whatsoever entereth in at the mouth goeth into the belly, and is cast out into the draught? 18 But those things which proceed out of the mouth come forth from the heart; and they defile the man. 19 For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies: 20 These are the things which defile a man: but to eat with unwashen hands defileth not a man).

THE SOUL

Let’s understand. The soul is of considerable importance, or worth. It is an entity, given by God (via His breathe of life, Holy Spirit), to each of us, (once we are formed in our mother’s womb). It is believed to be that in each person which lives, feels, thinks, and wills. Our soul is reflected in our personality (how we feel, live, think, and will).  (Genesis 2: 7 And the Lord God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul): If salvation is understood as a return to God’s original design for creation, then Gen. 2:7 tells us what we lost in Adam and what we gain in Christ.

You can say that the soul, as referred to in religion and philosophy, is the immaterial aspect or essence of a human being. It is that which show, or declare the individuality and humanity, often considered to be alike in meaning or significance with the mind or the self. So, the soul is comprised of our living, thoughts, feelings, and wills. But on its own, if neglected and left to itself, it can die apart from the body. Not the person having a literal death but the thoughts, feelings, and will of a person can meet and untimely death due to trials, troubles, situations, and circumstances. (Hebrews 4:13 Context 10For he that is entered into his rest, he also hath ceased from his own works, as God did from his. 11Let us labour therefore to enter into that rest, lest any man fall after the same example of unbelief. 12For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. 13Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. 14Seeing then that we have a great high priest, that is passed into the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our profession. 15For we have not an high priest which cannot be touched with the feeling of our infirmities; but was in all points tempted like as we are, yet without sin. 16Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need).

Sometimes, if you just stop and notice, while out and about, or even in your own home, you can see people whose whole demeanor (reflection as to what the soul is experiencing) is down casted, who have no joy in them, who can find no peace in their soul; their living, feeling, thoughts, and will. And the ones, who are going through this phase of their lives, are our sisters and brothers whose soul has been seared by the sourness of mankind and they do not know how to get refreshed. It is our God who will help us no matter what state your soul has sunk to; we must continue to seek, praise, and glorify Him. We must continue (even through the flames of fire), hold on to the attachment we have with Yashuah, Jesus and thank Him for His grace and mercy; setting our soul free from sin. (Hebrews 6:19 Which hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and stedfast, and which entereth into that within the veil;)

When we acknowledge, completely, that our Redeemer lives and know that it is He, Jesus our Lord and Saviour who has set us free from bondage of this carnal world, our soul will live, feel, think, and will what YAH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus wills it to do. And if and when you find that you cannot bring your own body, soul, and spirit under subjection, then you cannot preach bringing the body under subjection to others because you cannot control your own: all the teaching and preaching becomes a gesture done in vain, on your part. So, we must clean out the closet of our soul, making every facet the one which has God’s approval, not man, and not necessarily yours. (Psalm 42:5 Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him for the help of his countenance. 1 Corinthians 9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway).

THE SPIRIT

The spirit is the part of man that connects and communicates with God. It is through this means of communication that we make our requests known to our Father, as well as lifting Him up in with honor, giving Him all the glory, and praising His Holy and powerful name. And it is with our spirit God shares His commandments, purpose, and plans with us. Through our spirit, when interacting with the Spirit of God, we are moved in a way that is unknown to the morally challenged man; they do not understand why we act, do, speak, and love the way we do, even in the middle of storms. It is the Holy Spirit which speak to our spirit (The God’s deposit of life in us), that says peace be still, as we do His will. Our spirit differs from our soul because our spirit is always pointed toward and exists exclusively for God, whereas our soul can be self-centered, selfish, and self-servant; pointing inward toward our own feel, want, and will. Because of the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, The Holy Spirit stands in the balance (to endure whatever ordeal or difficulty that may come), with our spirit. It supports the fact, given by YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, that we are the children of our Father, God. And that when we follow after the guiding and prompting of His Spirit, which Jesus left for us to do (as He was instructed by The Father, so did the Son instruct The Holy Spirit, to teach) and we will never go wrong. So, let us get in tune with The Holy Spirit and know that He will lead us in truth, help us in our weakness, and guide us through our wordless groans; when we have gone through so much, so long, and so hard and can’t find the words to express what we are feeling the Holy Spirit interact with our spirit so that He can convey our storms to the Father, in a way He will accept; all the way to eternity. (Romans 8:16-17 The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God: 17 and if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together). (John 16:13-15 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. Romans 8:26 26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.

IN CONCLUSION:

The body can be alive, and the soul (will, feel, and want), of a man dies (lose the will flavor to live a prosperous and productive, God-driven life) but can still function; even if solely on self-determination, living a menial life. But when the spirit leaves the body, the whole system shuts down; we cannot exist without the breath of God; His Spirit. Because the Spirit is the part that come alive in us, when each are born; the flesh has nothing to do with the spirit (except to encase it) but the spirit has everything to do with the body, and soul; It gives them life because it is life. And for those who do not believe that the spirit is life, it is not a surprise to God, through Jesus, He knows you. And like the spirit of a good man find its way back to YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, a man of immoral character spirit will find its way to the place set aside for non and unbelievers. (John 6:62-64 62 What and if ye shall see the Son of man ascend up where he was before? 63 It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. 64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him).

Most people think that the spirit of man is some made up mumbo jumbo, used to steer the unsuspecting mass and guide them the way man want them to go. But the revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place and why it is so important to stay in a close relationship with, walk with, talk with, and rely on our spirit; our direct connection to our Father. He made it known by sending his angel to his servant John, who bore witness to the word of God and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, even to all that he saw. Blessed is the one who reads aloud the words of this prophecy, and blessed are those who hear, and who keep what is written in it, for the time is near. John to the seven churches that are in Asia: Grace to you and peace from him who is and who was and who is to come, and from the seven spirits who are before his throne, and from Jesus Christ the faithful witness, the firstborn of the dead, and the ruler of kings on earth. To him who loves us and has freed us from our sins by his blood … (Revelation 19:10 10 And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”) GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

From Seed, To Bud, To Flower, To Growth

From seed (impregnation with faith) to bud (gestation, growth through watering with prayers) to flower(birth, continue to fertilize it with the word of God; Jesus, and growth, cultivate it with a whole lots of love), God is the source of everything good in our life, and the reason (when we keep Him in our life, pray and give Him all the honor and glory) each blossom (each of us) becomes a thing of beauty; prosperous abundantly through performing the purpose in His plan He has for us. (Psalms 16:5-11

5 You, Lord, are all I have, and you give me all I need; my future is in your hands.

6 How wonderful are your gifts to me; how good they are!

7 I praise the Lord, because he guides me, and in the night my conscience warns me.

8 I am always aware of the Lord’s presence; he is near, and nothing can shake me.

9 And so I am thankful and glad, and I feel completely secure,

10 because you protect me from the power of death. I have served you faithfully, and you will not abandon me to the world of the dead.

11 You will show me the path that leads to life; your presence fills me with joy and brings me pleasure forever). GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

GOD HAS A PLAN FOR US ALL BUT WE MUST LEARN TO STAND THROUGH THE EXPERIENCES OF LIFE

Psalm 27:13-14 13 I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. 14 Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.

Sometimes it may seem as if we are not the apple of God’s eye any longer and all though we want to continue to stand, we keep falling deeper and deeper into despair. Our love for The Father is not the question but never catching a break or finding that peace which surpasses all understanding leaves us wandering.

Through this experience, while in the middle of it, we must learn to be content with where we are and with what we are going through. Know that the making  of something special always begins with rough materials which is first plucked from a sinful world; a determination is then made to what area, in God’s service, you will be. Don’t get me wrong the love of God is over all but there are some areas one fits better than another: God sees this and according to His will, He act on it; then we molded and shaped, (sometimes with no consideration as to whether it hurts or not) all according to His will; thrown in the fire of life to be changed into His beautiful workmanship, a masterpiece to be forgiven, holy, and redeemed, to be conquerors, to be healed and whole; greatly loved by God; a brand new creation, alive and made new. Because through it all YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, has an awesome, full, and overflowing, plan for our life; in it is our strength, our joy, our provision, our confidence, our courage, and boldness.

We should know that for our growth, in Him, we are going to experience the testing of our faith through the trials of His will. Our response to the state (that we are in) is to look up to steady on our course to perfect righteousness, in Christ, our Lord and Saviour. As we do this and lift our hands in total praise and admonition, we will see the goodness of God’s will and through Jesus know that we will be heard and His Will, will be done.

So, with this knowledge of why we may not seem to be the apple of God’s eye due to all the things set before us to endure, we can rest assured that because of these things we are: He chastises and test to go higher, the ones He love (of course that is all of us; some fail, some gets it) in the position He has purposed for use. (Philippians 4:8-14 8Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things. 9Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. 10But I rejoiced in the Lord greatly, that now at the last your care of me hath flourished again; wherein ye were also careful, but ye lacked opportunity. 11Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content. 12I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. 13I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. 14Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction). GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

GOD’S LIFELINE: JESUS, HIS WORD

GOD KEEPS THROWING OUT HIS LIFELINE, WE KEEP THROWING IT BACK

Matthew 14: 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

Yes, the lifeline, through Yashuah, Jesus, YHWH, God, keeps throwing out to drag us back to safety, once we have gone astray, is not going to be thrown out anymore when Jesus comes back. And like that fish out of water, washed upon the shores of no relief, (finally realizing the significant of the our relationship with the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit), we will try to get back to safety, floundering furiously in the air, but will find that it is too late; the strength we used to commit folly and be all about the world, has given out. And along with it, our chance to spend eternity with our Father, God, and our Lord Jesus. Until then, YAH is giving us, through Jesus, signs after signs and chances after chances to stop being about the world (the devil) business and totally commit to Him. We live our life as if the day of the Lord will never come, oh, but it will! God’s lifeline comes in many forms (prayer, other believers, etc.) but my go to is the Rock, Jesus. He will catch you when you fall or place His hand of mercy under you and shelter you while you soar. With Him, your fate is sure with God. Matthew 14:29 And he said, Come. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus. 30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. 31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt? Romans 9:14-15 14 What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? God forbid. 15 For he saith to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion. (Philippians 4: 6,7 “Be careful for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God and the peace of God, which passes all understanding shall keep your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.”)

The scenario can be compared to the ten brides, five wise and five foolish. I may have talked about this comparison before but feel it necessary to share it again. Because, contrary to the belief of some, we are all responsible for reaching out and catching the lifeline Jesus is constantly throwing out for each of us to catch and hold on to. Not only does it involve the things we do, but also, let us be careful of what we hear with our ears, think in our mind, speak out of our mouth, and receive in our hearts; only that which is of God will last.

Now, back to the ten virgins. The lifeline that the ten virgins had was the knowledge that the bridegroom was coming. And even though they were not given a specific time of arrival, they were given ample enough time and information to prepare for the journey (as we have been given through The Word) and even if they had to wait. They knew the Groom was coming and went to meet him, but He did not come in the time they thought He would, so they had to wait. During the wait their lights were steadily burning (being committed to God, doing good in Jesus’ name, for the Lord, loving others). They were all prepared to continue for a little while, but when it came to the extra mile that is when their true commitment was revealed. When it came time for them to leave (because the Groom was on His way) and go out to meet Him, after waiting for Him, five were good to go but five found themselves wanton, they did not have enough oil to complete the journey. You see, somewhere along the journey, during the wait perhaps or before they left, their faith to grab hold and hold on to the Lifeline God gave them was not strong enough so it did not take root; they were not true to their word of being righteous and doing the work God planned for them. So, let me ask you to ponder this question. Which category are you in right now, as we wait for our groom, Yashuah, to show. Is it with the five foolish? You do just enough to get by but when it comes time to go the distance you can’t because you are not prepared. Or are your lamps full of oil, with some to spare, ready for the long haul if necessary; being the righteousness in Christ, working, praying, and praising every day for others. Because it is foolish of us to think we can live a haphazard life and be nonchalant about our preparation for our Saviour’s return and still make it to heaven. As we refuse to accept His lifeline to get to know Him, (to produce good, righteous, and true work), He is not going to know us. (Matthew 25:1-13 25 Then shall the kingdom of heaven be likened unto ten virgins, which took their lamps, and went forth to meet the bridegroom. 2 And five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3 They that were foolish took their lamps, and took no oil with them: 4 But the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5 While the bridegroom tarried, they all slumbered and slept. 6 And at midnight there was a cry made, Behold, the bridegroom cometh; go ye out to meet him. 7 Then all those virgins arose, and trimmed their lamps. 8 And the foolish said unto the wise, Give us of your oil; for our lamps are gone out. 9 But the wise answered, saying, Not so; lest there be not enough for us and you: but go ye rather to them that sell, and buy for yourselves. 10 And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut. 11 Afterward came also the other virgins, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us. 12 But he answered and said, Verily I say unto you, I know you not. 13 Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh).

We need God’s lifeline today a no other because the world has gone, not only astray but completely wrong. We need Our God, Who is Love, for everything, our wisdom, strength, encouragement, inspiration, our mere existence. We need Him for restoration, (the church first) and the finalization of His Plan, not ours; we are to be used as His representatives, who takes an active role in and produces God’s specified effect of healing and righteousness. And to deny Him our service, after He, through His Son, our Saviour, has serviced and still is serving us with His life, through His love and the gracious liberty we have, would be catastrophic to our lives. It is total truth that when we deepen our relationship with God our Father through Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, one which focuses on Him, as He gives us life abundance and meaning to us, His creation. We will in turn, respond to all around us with the righteousness of Christ’s lifeline. And He continues to throw us out His Lifeline because it would be a shame for all to be lost after He has sacrificed His only Son so that we sinners would have eternal life. (John 14:6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me. John 12:46 I have come into the world as light, so that whoever believes in me may not remain in darkness. Titus 2:12 Training us to renounce ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. Romans 8:14 For all who are led by the Spirit of God are sons of God. John 6:63 It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh is no help at all. The words that I have spoken to you are spirit and life. John 3:16 “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life).

We must look to see, ready arms to reach for, be prepared to catch, and hold on tight to God’, Lifeline, He provided through Jesus. Because as the winds of change blows and the sea of confusion waves roars, it will allow us to rest in our and the world confusion and anger, in Jesus’ name. Because we will see it for what it is (a world of dead man’s bones) and what it will eventually be (a witness to the glory of God), according to the WORD. To get in the position and stand in the poster to reach for it, give us the opportunity to stop ignoring God (and all that He is doing to get our attention); we readily with all senses wide open receive that which YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, gives us to do, and graciously allow Him  do the things that only God is capable of doing. We wouldn’t have problems we are experiencing and the incapability of holding on to God’s Lifeline, Jesus, if we would let go of those things that are grounding us to the world (things given constant attention). The majority of which are simply due to man’s lack of ability to navigate through the fall-out from the prior messes, he has created; all boils down to the failure to study God’s Word and learn of Him; to be grateful for the beauty, in all the earth, God has supplied us with and show God how we cherish Him and all the beauty and abundance (Spirit and natural) He has afforded us bymaintaining it with a heart of love.God’s Lifeline is Jesus. Grab hold and don’t let go! (Revelation 11:18  And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth). (Hebrews 6:18-20 (NIV)18 God did this so that, by two unchangeable things in which it is impossible for God to lie, we who have fled to take hold of the hope set before us may be greatly encouraged. 19 We have this hope as an anchor for the soul, firm and secure. It enters the inner sanctuary behind the curtain, 20 where our forerunner, Jesus, has entered on our behalf. He has become a high priest forever, in the order of Melchizedek).

GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

INTIMACY WITH GOD AND OTHERS WITHOUT PRETENSE

WHAT IS WITH THE PRETENCE? WHY DO WE GO ABOUT TRYING TO BE WHAT WE ARE NOT AND NEVER WILL BE? GOD HAS SPONSORED OUR LIFE, WITH THE DEATH OF HIS SON, SO LIVE THE LIFE GOD MEANT FOR YOU TO LIVE

It is time for us (yes me included) to stop the pretense. We get up Sunday morning, go to a physical building, called a church, sit on the pew (or chair) and engulf all that the pastor, preacher or whomever is saying. We jump and shout, wave our arms while exclaiming how good God is and send up a multitude of praises, Hallelujah, thank You Jesus. In other words, we put on a show for our fellow churchgoers, and then we go home. Once we are inside our homes or away from church, we check our “my-time-with-God box and then those that are not serious about serving YHWH, God, in the name of Jesus, immediately check out of the religious mode back into the worldly mode. Fall right back, without knowing who will catch them, into the old sinful ism. Some do not wait to get home and they do not check any box. They just go on with their life as if it belongs to them solely; nothing sinful is happening here. Yet, on the inside they are as if they are hollow; no real life. This is not good because God wants us to be, every day, actively productive in His service. ( Matthew 23:27 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men’s bones, and of all uncleanness).

It is good to make believe and pretend when you are young (it strengthen your minds mode of imagination) but when you are older in years and should be more mature, in wisdom, it is time to embrace the Truth and embrace its identity when it comes to you: to display entire case of your character (not being afraid) with His strength surrounding it. Because God knows whether we are lying or telling the truth about our walk with Him. Some are working (of the flesh) in vain; not doing the will of Yah’s. They may think so because it is all flowery, showy, and beautiful on the outside or to the public. It should be the same in our private lives as it is in the one, we have on display, for the public to see. Truly we are Gods creation so regardless of rather or not man approve of us does not matter, (it is when you stop performing for him that ruffle his feathers). But know this, that it is only God (the only One) who has a heaven or hell to put you in. Stop pretending in front of men for your soul’s sake! (Matthew 7:21-23 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity).

So, I share this information with everyone, it is high time we stop and think about the way we are living our lives, actions we take, words we speak, joy, or discourse we bring, when we are not in the physical building, when we are not being spoon fed the feel-good words from the message of Christ. Because people of the world’s way of life, for the most part, do not understand you nor do they care about you, and they can only see what is portrayed on the outside. They cannot see what is in your mind or heart. Maybe some are dealing with a hurt or pain which is hiding inside and the only way to ease it is to keep up the different layers of yourself by pretending to be an outstanding child of God, but God knows. And He only wants us to come correctly to Him; through His Son, our Saviour, Yashuah, Jesus, whose death need not be in vin if we but follow His lead. (Galatians 2:20 and 21 20 I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me. 21 I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain). (Psalm 139:1-3 139 O lord, thou hast searched me, and known me. 2 Thou knowest my downsitting and mine uprising, thou understandest my thought  far off. 3 Thou compassest my path and my lying down, and art acquainted with all my ways).

We should make it a practice, when we are facing issues (with pastor, supervisor at work, spouse, children, friends, and especially enemies) which may cause us to commit sin through falsehoods, pretenses. This is true simply because we do not understand (know) what is expected of us and instead of gaining the knowledge through prayer, questioning, or observation we pretend to know and usually wind up messing the whole situation or whatever it is, up. Although you are not familiar with that particular something, situation, or circumstance you should have enough faith in God, through Jesus to admit it and then the courage to own the victory over it. The fact is, that we are not alone in any situation, circumstance, trial, trouble, or tribulation we find ourselves going through. And before anything come our way, we should prepare our path with Yashuah’s answers by accepting the task to ask ourselves the question, “What would Jesus do?” This question applies to every area of our life, the good, bad, and the ugly. Because most of the time the pretense has no boundaries; the trickle-down effect, that should go from religion to righteousness, gets lost in the process of the pretense. And since, over the years, it has been the focus, as a major part of your character, it has developed into a strong by-line; it has become so natural that you do not recognize it as being pretentious. But God sees us all, from the inside out; He knows our hearts, body, souls, and minds. Therefore, no matter how we try and hide, disguise, or alter our deceit, behind a phony laughter, a crooked smile, fast talk, etc., we cannot pull the wool over His eyes; we must come correct and be legitimately clean with Him. And all the pretending in the world will not last long enough to make your life what YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, would have it to be. And if it is not as God wants it, it is lived in the shadow of what it could have been; a rich and abundant life (spiritual and natural) where, even when the battle rages all around, you will have peace in the middle of it, safe in the LORD’s arms. (1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” Proverbs 16:28 A dishonest man spreads strife, and a whisperer separates close friends. 1 Timothy 5:8 But if anyone does not provide for his relatives, and especially for members of his household, he has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever. Romans 12:9 Let love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Proverbs 12:9 Better to be lowly and have a servant than to play the great man and lack bread. 1 Corinthians 13:1-13 If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. And if I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; … 2 Timothy 3:13 while evildoers and impostors will go from bad to worse, deceiving and being deceived).

It is very wise of you to stop pretending and be who God created you to be so that the blessings He has for you will be given. To exit a life of pretense and enter the life of Truth won’t make the hurt and horrific happenings go away nor our fellow man to love or even like us. That’s okay. But when we finally realize that we are in such state (staying in the Word, Will, and Way of YAH helps to prevent this from happening), going to Yah, in Jesus’ name, is the first thing to do. He will take us to a place of revelations, buried within ourselves, which will help to rid ourselves of the root of bitterness and ignorance, and prevent it from spreading to others. Therefore, we must go to the mirror of God’s love (I constantly visit it) and see what area we need to consider, then consider bringing it to the LIGHT and letting it go. Don’t fool yourself into thinking that your pretense is not doing you or those around you any harm. It is, just look in the mirror of God’s love! When you have conformed to this world so for so long, coming from among it will not be an easy task; you will be slipping and sliding all over the place, but God in His all-encompassing grace and mercy will keep you from falling and when you fall, He will pick you up. We do not hear what His word say do, in the first place because we don’t listen, and then in hast, we walk by the mirror of God’s love so that we will not see the truth and be convicted. YHWH, God wants us to know that whoever get the tiniest glimpse of His uncovered advice, opinion, and instruction will be se free. Free from a life of trying to keep up with a self-made life, authored by you and the world around you. STOP PRETENDING! Become a true man or woman, with action in the service of God.

like No more pretending, you either are or you are not a true child of the Most High God.  And although you slip and fall, get up with the knowledge that we all are human and we, (at sometimes in our walk, on this journey with the Lord), will fall. The problem is not the fall or even the getting up but the way we get up. Did you keep your eyes on the LORD? Or are we getting up from our fall, still pretending the same old way. Or did we not get distracted, while down in the valley, but found affirmation in God’s Word Jesus (Who is Love) as we,  looked in God’s mirror of Love. There we are not deceived, nor can we deceive ourselves, but have found a new release and know what real service to God, self, and others is and how we are to go about it. Not in a self-servant way but get up with a clarity of Whose, and who we are; we do not need to pretend; we’ve got our King Jesus, Who is genuine love: He is genuine in all He does. In Jesus’ name. (Romans 12:1-2 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. Hebrews 12:14-15 Strive for peace with everyone, and for the holiness without which no one will see the Lord. See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness” springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled;)

(James 1:23-27 For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: for he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed. If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man’s religion is vain. Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep himself unspotted from the world).

I’ll tell you a secret. Whether we know it or not, simply because the world and everything in it, is in such a pretense mode, (constantly fighting against our Father; a fight it will never win), God had, has, and will have it all wrapped up in His neat bundle, of His profound LOVE! SO WE MUST STOP PRETENDING TO BE SOMEONE OR SOMETHING WE ARE NOT AND START LIVING THE LIFE GOD HAS GIVING US TO LIVE.

GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

HOW TO KEEP YOUR COOL IN TIMES OF TROUBLE?

HOW TO KEEP YOUR COOL IN TIMES OF TROUBLE? GOD!

If you stop to think and observe all the unsettling events that are happening today, you will notice that man is facing one of his most important decisions he may ever have to make; How to keep your cool (head and hands) in times of trouble. It is not going to be easy because there are so many provocative things and mechanism that are placed before us, daily, by the enemy that are constantly inviting us to participate but we must stay prepared for their arrival and attack. We must stay prayed up (asking God for help while praising Him all day long); the Word is our source of godly information and revelation. To lessen the confusion of man’ purpose which is to praise God and give Him all glory and to help one another through this praise, we must stay in the Word to be alert to what is really going on and why it is happening the way it is. In these times of troubles is why we, saints, and sinners alike, before he goes any farther, and as he come to the fork in the road of his life, must first make the deciding choice in his, life to totally commit to one or the other; choose between God, good and the devil, evil, very soon. Man must give up the things of this world (false gods) that are causing him to turn his back on the only One with the saving grace and mercy, to save him, serve YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, with all sincerity and faithfulness. (Joshua 24:14-15 14 Now therefore fear the Lord, and serve him in sincerity and in truth: and put away the gods which your fathers served on the other side of the flood, and in Egypt; and serve ye the Lord. 15 And if it seem evil unto you to serve the Lord, choose you this day whom ye will serve; whether the gods which your fathers served that were on the other side of the flood, or the gods of the Amorites, in whose land ye dwell: but as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord).

This one choice is vital in how we look at what the people of the world and the disposition of the world, is going through, which is not new but yet, to us, it is new; signs of the coming times that has been and will be shown from the beginning of time, yesterday, today, and tomorrow until our Lord Jesus come. It is so important that we remain well versed in the Word and acknowledge Who we serve (GOD), so we can be able to have perception in the absence of good judgment (which we are experiencing on a daily basis), with a view of the total situation, to obtain spiritual guidance and understanding so that we will be able to know when people (it is already happening), will try and deceive us (God’s Elect). So as the troubles, trials, turmoil, and tribulations continue to plague our lives (and are getting worst) because we, have been anchored in God’s Word (Jesus), we will be able to keep the cool, calm, and collective persona Jesus displayed and left as an example for us to do so. Those who have chosen the righteousness (GOD), will withstand the turning of the tides of unrest, hatred, anger, and all the other emotions, feelings, turmoil, and actions that are running rampant in the world today; as we, the Father children, stand on the Rock (Jesus) in the middle of it all. (Matthew 24:4-8 4 And Jesus answered and said to them: “Take heed that no one deceives you. 5 For many will come in My name, saying, ‘I am the Christ,’ and will deceive many. 6 And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows).

The first thing to do to keep your cool is to stay in constant contact with the LORD. Never (I don’t use this word often) allow a day to go by that you do not give God, through Jesus, some time; connect with Him to see what He has planned for you or ask if He will bless yours, you will be surprised at the answer He gives. He said try Him and see. It can be through reading and studying the word on remaining calm in times of trouble; a whisper, under your breath to Him, while you are out and about; a full-blown, outright prayer explosion, in the privacy of your home or car. It really does not matter how or where you communicate with the Father, as long as you keep the line of communication going. And it does not matter if you cannot get your words right, the Holy Spirit, our comforter and guide, will get in the middle and make know, to God, what we are saying. (Romans 8:26 Likewise the Spirit helps us in our weakness. For we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words). Because when you are constantly seeking the presence and guidance of GOD, you let Him know (He does for sure) that you are not just doing this for the world to see you as a “saint” and not an “ain’t.” But that you are serious about keeping the channels of life opened between Him and you. When we keep the channels of communication opened, we allow Him fully in our lives and show Him that He is the center of our lives, we need Him, we cannot do it alone. So, to remain calm in times of troubles all we have to do is read the Word, be receptive to it, pray, pray, and pray some more, love God first, self, and one another. And everything else will be added to the purposeful goodness (one that makes our life’s true song to be heard, as we strike rich chords of the truth, allowing it to be heard throughout the world), provided by our True and Faithful God. When you are having a great day or when in trouble, you can look up and cry out and whatever mess we find ourselves in, (we need but call and always give Him the glory; praising Him at the start, in the middle, all the way through to the end) He will deliver us.  With that said it does the heart good and should give you a peace of mind knowing that God hear you at all times and comes to the rescue; sometimes He tries our patience, but we must learn to wait on Him to see the goodness (for us) He holds in His hands. (Psalms 50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me). GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

ADDITIONAL SCRIPTURE ON “KEEPING OUR COOL IN TIME OF TROUBLES”

Philippians 4:6-8 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. 8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.

Isaiah 41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

Psalm 46:1-11 God is our refuge and strength, A very present help in trouble. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, And though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, Though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, The holy place of the tabernacles of the most High. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: He uttered his voice, the earth melted. The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah. Come, behold the works of the LORD, What desolations he hath made in the earth. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; He breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; He burneth the chariot in the fire. Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. The LORD of hosts is with us; The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

Psalm 34 I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth.

THE PRIDE OF MAN IS NEGATING THE PRIZE OF GOD

THE PRIDE OF MAN IS NEGATING THE PRIZE OF GOD due to man’s prideful nature. He is unaware and slowly giving up all the perks and benefits, set in place by our Saviour, for himself, as the prize of God; not realizing his position, power, and purpose in God’s awesome plan. Oh how YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, loves us!

Psalm 100:3 Know ye that the Lord he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

Understand and become knowledgeable of the Lord, Who He is and what He has done, is doing, and will do for you and me. Our Father will never change. From one day to the next He is the same. (Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever). The pride of man leads to all sorts of conflicts and confusion AND IT IS TRULY THE ENEMY OF GOD. It interrupts the natural flow of God’s will; as His prized possession He wants us to live a long, prosperous, and loving life. But the enemy has set pride in the heart of man which is negating the status we have with our Father. But God, loved us when we did not exist nor deserved it, brought us out of our valleys, out of past tribulations, troubles, and trials, onto the mountain top: He will do it again because He loves us and miracles are still His specialty. As we look out over the beauty of the land and see the river of God’s Love, that flows with calm and cool waters, satisfying our soul we know that our God, Jehovah, looks at the hearts of men and determines where he goes. Our God is the greatest, none greater. (1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart).

Know this, since He is the One Who made us, we did not have a say in how we look, gender, color, nationality, who our family is, etc., those were specifics to Him and Him only. He knows every inch of our being, how it works or when it is ready to break down, what we say and do before it is done, everything about you. God is so good. And if you are truly a child of God, you know Whose you are, Who is your guide and where you reside: in His care, under His wings, in His arms, close to His heart. (His pasture which incorporates all of our situations in life). Therefore, bearing the load of a prideful man (don’t need Jesus) negates the Truth; we, the ones who come and are committed, are His sheep and prized possession, whom He loves dearly. Now is the time to lay aside all indication of pridefulness and the sins that comes with it and return YHWH, God’s love to Him, find the strength to truly love ourselves, and treasure the act of obedience to give it away to others. And stop trying to invalidate and make God’s creation ineffective. (Matthew 10:30-32 30 But the very hairs of your head are all numbered. 31 Fear ye not therefore, ye are of more value than many sparrows. 32 Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 1 John 2:16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world).

YHWH, God, is the only God, there is no other and we should feel privileged to be loved by Him. He could have called any other creature of His creations to be His chosen one, but He chose man. He made us in His own image because that is how much He loves us. He could have made us look like anything else, but He chose to create us in His image. That is why we should study the nature of our Father (Word), so you will get a better understanding of how He works (we will never understand the total mystery but will get what is needed while on earth; it will be revealed once we get to heaven) and how He works in and through us. This connection with YHWH, God through Yashuah, Jesus is and will always be your guide and safety line when you have a problem or just need the unconditional love, He has for us; once you have made the commitment to serve Him with heart and soul.

Pride is a major monkey on the back of men today. Because the things he does or accomplishes take an unnatural turn into self-absorbed respect, improper, and excessive self-esteem known as conceit or arrogance. And when a person becomes too proud his negative sense evolves in him, he transforms into a sinful individual, who try and shift the ultimate power and confidence from God to self. Most of man’s conditions, circumstances, and situations, have been induced by his ongoing incessive bullying, and being too proud of himself (which is okay to a healthy degree). But this pride has resulted in problems which could have been avoided if he had not, in his mind, swept God, Who is Love, under the rug of his life; now he, man, is attempting to take the rein of life (since he is prideful piece of work), and wants all others to blindly follow. (Mark 7:20-23 And he said, That which cometh out of the man, that defileth the man. For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adulteries, fornications, murders, Thefts, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, lasciviousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride, foolishness: All these evil things come from within, and defile the man. Romans 12:16 Be of the same mind one toward another. Mind not high things, but condescend to men of low estate. Be not wise in your own conceits).

We see that it is not our Father who changes, nor is it the physical world that gives man grief but man himself, with his infernal pride. He grieves the Holy Spirit every time he does something contrary to God’s will, which is every day. The moment our eyes are opened, even when we thank God for waking us up, we go out and start mistreating our fellow man and use the earth as a trash bin, smoke house, and anything else we can find to do to abuse it. Man, God’s prized creation, has set himself on a course to destroy himself. He thinks he’s making things better by introducing all his ideas, plans, and “I-know-what-to-do” he has thought of for society and the world. But most fail because of too much pride and faith in himself; bending and breaking God’s commands which leads to non-conformity in the Word. (Hebrews 13:8-9 8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever. 9 Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein). 1 Timothy 6:17 Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy.)

In making YAH the center of our lives, through study, worship, prayer and praise we are made aware of how love should abound in all areas of life and pride should be avoided. And because we have been entrenched in God’s pure form of love, (through the death and resurrection of His Son, our Saviour, Jesus Christ), we are given the example of our capability of loving one another and forgoing pride. Thus, as we move away from the prideful man, and realize we are God’s prize possession, we allow our lights of genuine love to shine, which pierces through the darkness of our prideful heart and soul and helps us to understand the gray areas that are still plaguing us and realize the goals and dreams we set for ourselves. (Matthew 5:16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven).

God’s LIGHT, JESUS, also mentors and monitors the why and how we are to forgo the mistreatment of all our fellow man, brothers and sisters in Christ, people in general through the elimination of pride. The Love of God, through the administration of Yashuah, Jesus and the Holy Spirit causes us to want to set pride and greed aside and work toward a more loving way of settling problems. And when it comes to money- incorporate the balancing of God’s field of hopes, dreams, and goals, for all our brothers and sister, the human race; making the playing field level for all. You may ask what does this has to do with love? Well, all the aforementioned subjects are built from the basis of love, so it has a lot to do with it. Because as long as man continue to do the same thing, hold YHWH, God at bay, out of pride, steadily trying to rid the world of the Truth, Yashuah, Jesus, (which is YHWH, God Who is True Love ) it becomes ludicrous; doing the same thing yet expecting a different result. It is not only classified as insanity but are all tell, tell signs of man’s incompetency. And let us be clear on this subject. God wants us to change our course if it is one of evil. He wants us to move toward His Light of Love, Jesus so we can set a new path; go a better direction than before. Unless we open up to Jesus and let Him into our hearts, we will continue to experience the grips of pride, (the enemy of God) creating a type of insanity, in our lives, as we go around the mountain of our own making which leads to natural and spiritual destruction. (1 John 3:16 Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren. John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life). John 14:6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me). (Deuteronomy 2:3 Ye have compassed this mountain long enough: turn you northward). (Proverbs 14:12 There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death).

THE LOVE OF GOD’S WORD

TO KNOW GOD’S WORD IS TO KNOW HIS LOVE AND RIGHTEOUS INTENTION FOR YOUR LIFE

James 1:22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says.

As stated in a previous post, we cannot continue to try and eliminate the Word of God (Bible) from our life; to do so would be the ultimate tragedy. God’s Word (flesh and written), the love of His being, has been given as the most important guide for us to follow. The Word takes on the fullness of life itself, a treasure trove (a collection or store of valuable or delightful things) of the promises of God, along with His chastisements and punishments. But there are those who seek to get rid of it or change it to fit their way of life; so as not to condemn them for their sins; to overlook all the underhanded things he does and excuse his hard-heartedness and hurriedness to make his mark. (Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart).

The truly sad part about man is that he will jump through different kinds and levels of hoops the world place in front of him, no matter how ill-gotten they are, to get to the illusive “it” in life, (a course which takes man to a level of deceit, to himself and others around him) but will not step straight forward for the truth of Jesus Christ. And it does not register with him that the same result, but a lasting and peaceful outcome can be achieved when we have faith, trust in, lean on, and truly believe in Jesus. Not only will the different clouds in our life be lifted, but we will receive the “it” we are meant to have, and also the abundance and enjoyment that comes with it. (2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness, so that the servant of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work).

But when we become engrossed in our own entitlement, we lose focus of the meaning of “love the LORD, your God, self, and thy neighbor”. Trying to accomplish that which only God, through Jesus, can do and it last, will become an ongoing effort; an unnecessary battle fought because of selfishness and pride. It is a whole lot of issues being raised in this post, but we, as children of the Most High God, have got to be an example and consider the things we think, do, and say. We, (as we are always professing to be), are the armor bearers of the Lord (our goal is to point people to the goodness and glory of God). And as such we should be stirred up in courage and boldness, asking God to continually strengthen us for such a task, so that our lights shine and others may see and actually want what we have, not run from it, or try and get rid of it.

Whether we know, admit, or even like it, the truth is we are being watched constantly (in real time) by our Father who knows our every thoughts and intentions before we do; who truly loves Him and who does not. Also, and very important to His service and the building of His kingdom, is the fact that we are being watched, closely, by young believers or the nonbelievers who wants to come to Jesus or those who would find a flaw in God’s Word (Jesus) making it easy to dispel Him. So, it is not chance nor necessarily by choice that you are going to be put in the path of one who need someone to show them God’s Love, His consistency; a loving and kind God who will not allow you (as His child) to leave others at will, when we can be of great service to them. And as seen in today’s world they do not seek wisdom in the Word but continue to spend their time going after the “it”. What is “it”? To me, it is a figment of man’s imagination; one which he has introduced to himself to try an accomplish only that which is privileged to YHWH, God Himself; you plant the seed, God will take care of that part which can only be reached, by Yashuah, Jesus Christ our Lord and Saviour. (Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. Hebrews 13:8 Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever. Hebrews 4:12 For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing to the division of soul and of spirit, of joints and of marrow, and discerning the thoughts and intentions of the heart. Malachi 3:6 “For I the Lord do not change; therefore you, O children of Jacob, are not consumed. 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is breathed out by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for training in righteousness, James 1:17 Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change. GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

GOD’S WORD IS THE BASIS ON WHICH HIS LOVE STANDS; WE MUST LOVE FIRST FOR ALL OTHER GOOD THINGS TO BE ADDED.

THE QUICK FIX

THE QUICK FIX IS NEVER THE ANSWER TO A LASTING REMEDY AND WE NEEED A REMEDY THAT’S GOING TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND LAST!

While the world turns into something more frightening every day, as we continue to make a bigger mess, the mind of man becomes focus on how to remedy the mess he made; quickly. But we must pray to give all that we require the foundation on which our request will stand, not at the onset, but continuously throughout the day and night. And get strong into the Word, searching for and getting the answers that only the Word can provide. It will help walk us through our ignorance (that which we do not know, yet), and get us out of the need for the quick fix. Man’s whole attitude towards life has becomes centered around “I just want a quick fix, I can’t wait, God is taking too long”. Or he doesn’t think about God at all, he just plows ahead, with not a clue in his head, and made the mess even messier. When we wait on the LORD, through our Christ Jesus, we know that we are well equipped to face the mess we make and that of others. Oh, how wonderful things would be! (Isaiah 40:31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint).

It is dangerous ground, we step on, when we complain about God’s timing; the time it takes for God to work us through the steps on our path He has given, and off the one that the world has so blatantly thrust us upon, (I must say, without regards to the truth). We are to be careful of what we say and what we wish, because God hears our every word and thought. And we must turn our focus on His Word (Jesus). Let us be cautious about “the quick fix”, wanting it now. We seem to have a problem in understanding the correlation between YHWH, God, and the flow of our lives through Yashuah, Jesus. Upon this realization we will find it necessary to wait on the LORD; go with what His Word say, do His Will, as we walk in His Way.  Think about it. If you or I had waited on the answer (it will come eventually) we would not have experienced some of the mess we have gone through; not having the patience, is the reason why some of us are in such an egregious position we are in today simply because we could not wait or chose not to wait on the LORD. (Psalm 37:7-9 7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass. 8 Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil. 9 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth.)

Jesus is The Light which guides us (with the abundance of love, mercy, grace, and all that we need for a full life, according to God’s plan. Satan is the darkness which goes against every good thing YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, wants us to have. Think on this: Light is friend of those who choose right; darkness is the friend of those who choose to live in sin. If we choose to adopt the world’s way of thinking (especially the quick fix) and began to exclude Jesus, we will choose sin and find ourselves, every time, headed straight for the darkness simply because we do not want to wait upon the Lord. But, when we do wait on YHWH, God, through Yashuah, Jesus, He will, at all-time, renew our strength and make us ones to work in His service, to pass through the waters of confusion; to open others eyes, to turn others from darkness to the Light, from Satan to God, and stand on the banks of His rivers of love conquering the darkness which try to overtake us. With His strength and our understanding, with a receptive will, and open hearts and minds we will soar over the darkness. (Ephesians 5:11 Have nothing to do with the fruitless deeds of darkness, but rather expose them). (Acts 26:15-18 15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. 16But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee; 17Delivering thee from the people, and from the Gentiles, unto whom now I send thee, 18To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me).
