PART II – PHILIA LOVE (BROTHERLY LOVE TOWARD ONE ANOTHER)

PART I

We hear about GOD’S LOVE (AGAPE) and we know or should know how it works; it is ever present with us in spite of our stupidity or sinful ways. But there is another love, one of which if practice correctly mirrors the Love of YHWH, that we talk about but find it hard to practice and that is BROTHERLY OR PHILIA LOVE. We will not be capable of loving our brother and sisters if we do not first, love YHWH. There is only one true GOD and one true source of perfect love, and that is YHWH. (Deuteronomy 6:4-5 4 Hear, O Israel: The Lord our God is one Lord:5 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thine heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy might). In Him we find all the love of a Father or a friend and the ability to love our earthly fathers, brothers, and friends as we should. (Psalm 18:1-2 18 I will love thee, O Lord, my strength. 2 The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower).

YHWH’s love spans over all areas and moments of our life even until the end of time. It is so great a love that He did not hesitate to give up His only Son to cover our many, many, sins. And it is so powerful that even though we are yet sinners, He still has the capacity to love us. All He wants us to do is to position ourselves, in Yashuah (Jesus), to be able to use our love as an instrument (the example Jesus gave us) to love and forgive one another, no matter the problem, situation or circumstance. (1 Peter 4:8 Above all, love each other deeply, because love covers over a multitude of sins).

You see, when we say we love God but in the same thought and breath say we hate our brother or sister, shows that we do not have the love of God in us. Truly, you are making such a statement, without thought nor understanding of it or wisdom to the fact that if you love GOD, Who is love, you can love the person but dislike their action or speech. And for those who assert that they love GOD with confidence and boldness without providing evidence or proof, which is displaying that love to his fellow man, is not telling the truth. All should ask themselves this question. How can you profess to love God whom you have never seen but hate the very ones, in His image, that you have seen? You cannot because this type of reasoning and relating will take you in the opposite direction of GOD’S love for you. (1 John 4:20 Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen).

There is a misgiving about how and to whom we show our love to. So, when we love the Father, GOD, you would think that we are surely loving Jesus and the Holy Spirit, who plays an integral part in everyone’s life.  Not so. Some believe that Yashuah is just a by-line (a secondary line: sideline) of GOD; Someone (Jesus), Who went about preaching the gospel, and teaching how to love (Agape and Philia): that was pretty much it.  But we must understand and know that He is the product of YHWH (GOD’s) perfect love. He is the open door to the true meaning of GOD’s love and the love we show one another. And that before we learn how to love like GOD love or close as possible to it, (which helps us to exercise Philia love) we must first seek and accept Yashuah, Jesus, as our personal Saviour, our intermediator, salvation, deliverer, redeemer, rescuer, and all, else, we could ever need or want in life: He is the epitome of GOD’s LOVE.

Philia refers to brotherly love, the love we show for each other. It is most often shown in a close relationship with your brother and sister, in Christ or a close friendship. Take for instance best friends, they will display this generous and affectionate love for each other; doing the things, needed, to make the other happy. One account, in the Scripture, is that of David and Jonathan. It is an excellent illustration of philia love: 1 “After David had finished talking with Saul, Jonathan became one in spirit with David, and he loved him as himself. 3 And Jonathan made a covenant with David because he loved him as himself” (1 Samuel 18:1 and 3).

All throughout the Bible Jesus talks of brotherly love or philia love; to love your neighbor as yourself. And we know that for us to honestly love our brother, we must start with laying the foundation for it. This foundation is based on and can only be made sound when we have developed the Love we have for GOD. GOD is to be love above all things; above angels, men, or any of His other creation. Then, after we have established our true love for YHWH, (GOD), there will be no hesitation in loving self; after which, loving our brother, as we love self, will become second nature; an automatic; without exhorted effort. Because when you love the Lord with all your being, you cannot help but loving self as His most prized creation. And if you love self, your love for others will be limitless (eithout end or boundary). (Mark 12:30-31 30 And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. 31 And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these).

It is a very good thing to show love rather than hate. Because each of us sin in some shape, form, or fashion daily against God or our brother/sister; usually through anger, hatred, intolerance, etc. Yes, we all experience negative feelings (and sometimes actions) but you will see how the love you have cultivated your heart through the love of Jesus Christ, covers a multitude of sin (Proverbs 10:12 Hatred stirreth up strifes: but love covereth all sins).

Never stop loving and being a true friend no matter what the world throws at you. (Proverbs 17:17A friend loveth at all times, and a brother is born for adversity). As we go against the sins of the world and continue in brotherly love, Yashuah, Jesus, will (because we continued in love for one another), bring us, together, through the fire, through the storms; through any trial, trouble, or tribulation in our path. He will gather us at a meeting place where everyone (sinners and saints alike), know that they have experienced the true LOVE of GOD. there will be no question nor contestation. It was because we worked together, in love, He kept His banner of love, grace, mercy, and protection over us. (Song of Solomon 2:4 He brought me to the banqueting house, and his banner over me was love). This is a show of Agape love, but it also shows how staying in brotherly love can and will affect our outcome in life. Because when we look at philia love as being precious to our existence, we will look to practice it daily and with conviction. (If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; Proverb 2:4) (Jeremiah 31:1-5). God has seen us in our misery, and He knows what a struggle it is to practice love for one another, in theses wicked times. Yet, He will, as with the children of Israel, show us love and grace and give us rest. We must remain steady in our commitment to love one another; which will become one of our most precious truths. YHWH (GOD), through Yashuah (Jesus), wants us to experience the fullness of His love so we can share with others. (31 At the same time, saith the Lord, will I be the God of all the families of Israel, and they shall be my people.2 Thus saith the Lord, The people which were left of the sword found grace in the wilderness; even Israel, when I went to cause him to rest. 3 The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting

love: therefore, with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. 4 Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry. 5 Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat them as common things. Jeremiah 31:1-5).

Prayer for love, guidance, patience, and peace with ourselves and others.

Lord, God you are my healer, my rock, my fortress, my stronghold, my deliverer, my salvation. I put my trust in You.  Forgive the sins I have committed both knowing and unknowing, as I forgive those who sin against me; I thank You.  Thank you for all that You provide me with this day, days past and days to come, (if it is Your will). For my family, friends, and even my enemy.  Lord have mercy on us, guide us always to the Rock that is higher than we. And give us the wisdom to know it when we get there.  Temptations are all around us and they seem to be getting bigger and bigger by the day. But YAH (GOD), you told us to be still and see that You are greater than all things and that You have overcome the world. Hold us up Lord, while we go through such an uncertain time and land. Shield us from being destroyed by the doings of man or from our own meanness toward others.  We love You Lord and give You all the honor and glory. Go with us today, with You amazing love, mercy, and grace, guiding us toward what You would have us to do for You and for others, and give us all the favor, we can handle to be able to do it. Thank You Lord. In Yashuah’s (Jesus’) name we pray. Amen.

HEALING COMES IN NEW WAYS; NEW MIND, HEART, BODY AND SOUL: NEW CREATURE IN CHRIST

When you become a new creature in Christ, the healing begins. Slowly but surely, you begin to start seeing changes in the way you think, talk, how you feel and react, you see things clearer and with more reverence and respect; you do not continue or persist in the activities or processes of your life, that you were accustomed to, which brought you to the end of your rope; to walk in your old ways. (2 Corinthians 5:17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new).

Now, you must strive to do the righteous thing of GOD without looking back, having regrets, or caring what others say. But you do what you are instructed to do, by the Holy Spirit, without ceasing, so that the progress of this process, (building a firm relationship with YHWH (GOD), that we make on our journey, will not be destroyed: it is sanctified, secured, and solid. (“Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and

petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.” Phillippians 4:6-7)

Through the healing of our mind, hearts, bodies, and souls we will be able to accept the WORD, walk in His Way, and do His Will, (especially when troubles, trials, and tribulations come), without giving up and turning back. And as we put the new Word in our old bodies, they become new so that it will not utterly wipe out the success in our relationship, we have made, through Yashuah (Jesus). If we (Luke 5:37 And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish). Believe: I am healed.

Prayer

LORD, my GOD, Your word is true. Whatever You say is what it is. You said if we believe, we would be healed. I believe. And just like a new babe coming to You, through Your Son, Christ we must come with a new way of thinking, acting, receiving others,

looking at situations and circumstances. We thank you and give You all the honor, glory, and praise. Forgive all our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. YHWH, GOD, in Yashuah, Jesus, name and through the dwelling of the Holy Spirit, we ask you to walk with us, talk with us, lead us the way You would have us to go. This we pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.

“Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:6-7

“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.” John 14:27

“The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. The Lord is close to the broken-hearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. The righteous person may have many troubles, but the Lord delivers him from them all.” Psalm 34:17-19

“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on the wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” Isaiah 40:31

TO KNOW AND LIVE THE GREATEST COMMANDMENT: LOVE 

Matthew 22:34-40 34 Hearing that Jesus had silenced the Sadducees, the Pharisees got together. 35 One of them, an expert in the law, tested him with this question: 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?” 37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.” 

We are going to explore two meanings and applications of the word “LOVE”: AGAPE (GOD’S) AND PHILEO (BROTHERLY). 

PART I – AGAPE (GOD’S LOVE) 

The Love, Word, of God has been tested since He created man to be a steward of His creation. And with knowledge and  authority comes pride and conceit to the point of man thinking they are smarter, more powerful, and creative than YHWH. Like in Biblical times, today’s world is made up of people who study and know the law but do not know love, mercy nor the grace of YHWH (GOD) through Yashuah (Jesus). They say they love YHWH, God and/or fellow man but show a different truth; they have difficulty placing Yashuah (Jesus) in His righteous place as the Son, (God Himself incarnate), the only one who can deliver us from evil and sin. 

To suite our wants and needs, we have become more like the Sadducees and Pharisees; always trying to prove, with questions and made-up answers, that Yashuah (Jesus) did not exist, is dead, or never did exist; was not raised from the dead.  

A little background on the two outstanding sects of Biblical time, who set the tone of degree of love, praise, and worship during ancient time. The Sadducees were a sect among the ancient Jews, who did not believe in the resurrection (of Yashuah, Jesus), eternal life (That is to be or come hereafter), the spiritual world (which included the Holy Spirit since He is the major spirit), or the existence of angels and demons (Acts 23:8 For the Sadducees say that there is no resurrection, neither angel, nor spirit: but the Pharisees confess both).  They shared united (joined) opinions, originated in one particular person. This person, who taught and continued and multiplied (throughout those, collectively, who shared the same mindset) the production of the same kind of information; they spread, some peculiar notions and maintained it as being truth. They were noted for strict observance of rites and ceremonies of the written law and for insistence on the validity (the quality of being well-grounded, sound, or correct) of their own oral (spoken) traditions concerning the law: they believed in the literal or spoken law. (Acts 23:1-3 23 Paul looked straight at the Sanhedrin and said, “My brothers, I have fulfilled my duty to God in all good conscience to this day.” 2 At this the high priest Ananias ordered those standing near Paul to strike him on the mouth. 3 Then Paul said to him, “God will strike you, you whitewashed wall! You sit there to judge me according to the law, yet you yourself violate the law by commanding that I be struck!”) 

Pharisees was, also, a member of a Jewish sect of the intertestamental period. A sect (A body or number of persons united in tenets (Any opinion, principle, dogma, or doctrine which a person believes or maintains as true), chiefly in philosophy or religion, but constituting a distinct party by holding sentiments (Thought; opinion; notion; judgement;) different from those of other men. Most sects have originated in a particular person, who taught and propagated some peculiar notions in philosophy or religion, and who is considered to have been its founder. Their religion consisted in a strict observance of rites and ceremonies and of the traditions of the elders, and whose pretended holiness led them to separate themselves as a sect, considering themselves as more righteous than other Jews/men. They were noted for strict observance of rites and ceremonies of the written law (like today; observance yet no obedience) and, on the validity (importance; nothing or no one else matter) of their own oral traditions or translations concerning the law.  They are the ones who wants you to follow after every word they say whether true or not. They have taken certain passages from the Bible and put a self-interpretation on it. And they expect you to praise them, not the LORD. (Matthew 23:2-5 23 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples, 2 Saying The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat: 3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not. 4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers. 5 But all their works they do for to be seen of men: they make broad their phylacteries, and enlarge the borders of their garments). 

If you notice, in today’s world, tossing the word “Love” around has become a favorite pastime of those who are looking to use someone for their gain. Or to use it just for fun, with no true, godly meaning behind it. The words that comes out of their mouth sounds good but as soon as it is said it is forgotten, like a puff of smoke that slowly fades away into the abyss. And it usually gets a generous reaction; one that is surely recognized and abandoned. 

To correct our ill-gotten ways and through and in spite of all this misbehaving, mischief and mayhem, God gave us the greatest commandment through Jesus Christ; love Him first, love others as yourself. But do we really understand the concept, the importance, and degree of this commandment? Undoubtedly, we do not because the world is in such a mess, which indicates our non-existing understanding of GOD’s love for us. Yet He love us still.  

Now, to understand the concept of LOVE, we must know what it is and Who authored it; where it come from and how we are to respond to it at all times. So, first, let us look at the meaning of the word love. To me these are the two categories of love that are the most important. Yet they are overlooked and omitted in our daily lives; the Agape (love of God, major, ultimate love) and Phileo (brotherly love).  

The first and foremost is the God Love or the Agape love. It means unconditional love, “the highest form of love, charity” and “the love of God for man and of man for God”. This is the expression of God, that He shows us every second of the day, even when we do not recognize it. It is used to speak of God’s love that He has for the world and that we as His children are supposed to emulate (pattern ourselves after). This is the word that describes God’s “love” that is most commonly used in the New Testament. Agape speaks of the most powerful, honorable type of love: sacrificial love. Agape love brings more than a feeling to a relationship, it brings an action of the will. 

 This is the love that God has for His people and the love that prompted the sacrifice of His only Son, Jesus, for our sins. Jesus was the epitome of agape love: He was love personified. The agape love is the love that the children of YAH (GOD) (Christians) are to practice, continually, as seen in Jesus’ Parable of the Good Samaritan (Luke 10:30-37 In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[a] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’ 36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?” 37 The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.”) 

One of GOD’s most important show of love toward us was when He gave His Son, our Saviour, for our sins, so that we may have life with Him, eternally. (John 3:16 16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life). This scripture can be considered as a summary of what being a child of the Most High God, while emulating the show of His love to the world through us, is all about. And it became our banner, expressing the love we sincerely have for GOD.  

Another way YHWH, GOD, show His love for us is by waking us up every morning, He does not have to do it, but I am so glad that He does. He gives us new mercy (God’s compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within His power to punish or harm) which none deserve yet get.  The Lord is long-suffering and of great mercy forgiving iniquity and transgression, and by no means clearing the guilty. Numbers 14:18. I am not worthy of the least of all thy mercies. Genesis 32:1 And Jacob went on his way, and the angels of God met him). Added to mercy, is His grace (the free unmerited love and favor of God, the spring and source of all the benefits men receive from Him; favorable influence of God; divine influence or the influence of the spirit, in renewing the heart and restraining from sin) that He gives us anew, every morning. Because every day, we completely deplete ours, plus some, for the day.  God knows that we will do this, so He applies Christ’s righteousness to the sinner, where sin abound. He has given us access to grace, for the redemption of our sin, through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ; this is how faithful He is. 2 Corinthians 12:9 But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me). Romans 5:20 The law was brought in so that the trespass might increase. But where sin increased, grace increased all the more, A state of reconciliation to God. Romans 5:2 through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we boast in the hope of the glory of God. 

For us to receive and understand LOVE we must first seek to find the true and faithful meaning of YHWH (GOD’s) LOVE (AGAPE), the ultimate love.  When we have come to the end of that journey, we will be able to show the genuine love for one another (and self). But first we must lay the foundation for righteous love through understanding, realizing, GOD’S LOVE. knowing, and accepting the love of GOD. Once we have accomplished that, we will learn what the love of God really means: the unconditional, unmerited, profound dedication He has for us, used as the foundation on which we build our relationship with Him and others. There is no bond greater than the one formed in the midst of God’s love. (Matthew 22:36-40 36 “Teacher, which is the greatest commandment in the Law?”37 Jesus replied: “‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’38 This is the first and greatest commandment. 39 And the second is like it: ‘Love your neighbor as yourself.’ 40 All the Law and the Prophets hang on these two commandments.”). You see, YAH put this commandment before us to get our spirit in line with His Spirit; it is to regulate the feelings, emotions, and actions of His people. And because He is good and righteous His love is a beacon which opens to His mercy and grace. If we do not understand His love, needed to foster the strength to survive; to combat hatred, and sin we will perish. The storms will come, the winds will blow yet, through it all, we will be able to stand against it with GOD’S LOVE. We all need God’s love to cover us, daily.  

Until we actually know (not head but heart knowledge) the LOVE of GOD, we will continue to experience all the battles (fruit of the flesh) we are facing and will be defeated. (Galatians 5: 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God). But when we grasp the concept of God’s love embedded in the fruits of the Spirit but recognize there also, is the fruit of the flesh, which, with Yashuah’s, Jesus’ help and strength, can be easily combated. (Galatians 5:22-26 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, 23 Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. 24 And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. 25 If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. 26 Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another). It is an unimaginable place and feeling, you truly must get in to feel this position of positive power.  Know this, that a heart, overflowing with love, will have no room for hatred. And when we accept the love of God, we will know how to love others. Because God is LOVE. (1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God). 

Our Prayer: Lord thank You for Your LOVE and strength that help us to go through the storms of the day. Thank You for Your amazing grace. Thank You for giving us all we need to suffice. Thank You for Your Ultimate Love; our Saviour Yashuah, Jesus. Our Christ. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen. 

BE LED BY THE SPIRIT NOT BY THE FLESH:THIS TOO PROMOTES HEALING OF MIND, HEART, BODY, AND SOUL

We must realize this, that people who allows the devil to come into their lives and set up strongholds (a place that has been fortified, in an area of your life, so as to prevent you from being delivered or enjoy life as Jesus intended) in any area of their life are led by the flesh. They will become ill in many ways; not necessarily physical, but also mental, and spiritual. But if we are led by the Spirit and not by the flesh, we can ask of GOD, to heal our mind, heart, body, and soul and He will heal us. (Matthew 4:24 And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them).

Illness is illness and to become ill in any way, shape, form, or fashion is not good; some illnesses do not require as much attention and can be rectified more easier than others. Take for instance when you become ill in your body, a cold, a pain, (even the most dreaded diseases of the body, can be effectively subdued or cured by prayer, receiving the proper medical attention (yes, YHWH, GOD, gave us doctors for this purpose), and rest. Now, the mind, (The intellectual or intelligent power in man; the understanding; the power that conceives, judges or reasons), which is an awesome thing if used properly will promote, love, life abundant and a healthy relationship with Jesus. Or if allowed to run rampant can destroy if not corralled with the Word. It requires a little more attention because it is one of God’s more complicated organs. Once it is attacked and become out of balance it is more challenging to bring it back to its true level of functioning power and the state YAH, GOD, meant for it to be.  And because it is the product of such a magnificent organ (brain) and the heart and seat of affection we are to ask for help, in guarding it against the wiles of the devil. And to seek help and strength, from Yashuah, Jesus, so as not to be subject to the world’s rules; to renew our minds, daily, so that we will be able to know what the desired, suitable, and as good as it is possible to be,

inevitable, events of GOD are for our lives. (Romans 7:23 But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members). (Romans 12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God).

The mind (hand) is one of the devil’s preferred and frequented, playgrounds. Because if you are not careful to think on that which is of God, you can ruin your life with ungodly thoughts (which sometimes lead to ungodly action). (Proverbs 16:27-29 27 Idle hands are the devil’s workshop; idle lips are his mouthpiece. 28 An evil man sows strife; gossip separates the best of friends. 29 Wickedness loves company—and leads others into sin).

So, lets recognize the fact that he uses the mind to destroy the man. When you become ill in your mind this can be difficult to treat (it is treatable) and requires much prayer (positioning yourself so that GOD, through Yashuah, can work on you. And it can also, with the guidance of the Holy Spirit require medical attention. For both types of illnesses, (body and mind), we first seek help from our Heavenly Father and then seek help from an earthly physician, anointed by God and given the grace to work in such position or place.

The worst kind of illness, to me, is spiritual, because when you are spiritually reduced to his level, (greed, hatred, selfishness, in capable of compassion, and concern), your whole being takes a turn for the very worst; becomes contrary to the will of GOD. You produce all the fruits of the evil flesh. This fruit is the foundation for strongholds to be built and are authored by the devil; he captures your imagination, what you hear, what you perceive, what you feel, and what you hold in your heart toward your fellow man. (Galatians 5:17 For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. 18 But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. 19 Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, 20 Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, 21 Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God). And some, knowingly, as puppets, are going about opening up themselves, to these conditions, through hatred, strife, anger, permitting Satan to come in and take control.

Rather you choose to believe it or not there is a sworn enemy that is going about, with all his might, trying to create a world where everyone (saints, sinners, and the sold out), will become a part of the dark side (sound a little like Star Wars) and are led by the flesh. It is happening today, as we turn blinded eyes away from the Truth and toward transgressions being committed against God and one another. God placed His hands upon all, so that we are protected from the enemy. But we must seek Him, through Yashuah at all times or He will take His hand of mercy away and allow that which needs to happen, (for His sake and our good) to come upon on us. (Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you).

The enemy has no shame in his underhanded way of getting those who will, to conform to the way of the world. As a matter of fact, he delights in the complacency that has overtaken us; making it his business to ruin any progress (when we step out of the Light, set ourselves upon pedestals, and try to do it ourselves), we may see in our relationship with YHWH, GOD, through Yashuah, Jesus. And because he is so adamant and clever with his antics most of us are blindsided, we do not see what is coming. (Jeremiah 5:21 ‘Hear this now, O foolish people, Without understanding, Who have eyes and see not, And who have ears and hear not: 22 Do you not fear Me?’ says the Lord. ‘Will you not tremble at My presence, Who have placed the sand as the bound of the sea, By a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass beyond it? And though its waves toss to and fro, Yet they cannot prevail; Though they roar, yet they cannot pass over it. 23 But this people has a defiant and rebellious heart; They have revolted and departed. 24 They do not say in their heart, “Let us now fear the Lord our God, Who gives rain, both the former and the latter, in its season. He reserves for us the appointed weeks of the harvest.” 25 Your iniquities have turned these things away, And your sins have withheld good from you).

The LORD will keep us grounded in times of sickness and storms. We may be tossed and driven, as a raging sea, but He will not allow us to be swallowed by the enemy’s attempts to form strongholds that will overcome us. But it is up to you, as a child of the Most High God, to seek and ask YHWH (GOD) to guard your mind, heart, body, and spirit so that you can fight off the wiles of the devil and the many diseases and destruction caused by him; with Yashuah’s strength and help, of course. GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

Psalm 89:9 You rule over the surging sea; when its waves mount up, you still them. Psalm 46:10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.”

Prayer

LORD, our ever-faithful God. We bless Your Holy Name and give You all the honor and glory. Thank You for keeping and protecting us from the surging of our seas and the winds in our lives; from not allowing the establishing of strongholds by the enemy; for strength not to abandon our faith in You. We cannot go through on our own; only with You can we weather the storms. We ask for forgiveness of all of sins, as we forgive those who commit them against us. Thank You. In Your Son, Yashuah, Jesus’ name we pray. Amen

GODS WORD (JESUS) IS HEALTH TO ALL (MIND, HEART, BODY, AND SOUL) OUR FLESH: SO, STAY CONNECTED NO MATTER WHAT

Complete healing, of mind, heart, body, and soul, is the benefit we receive from committing our life, in its entirety, to YHWH (GOD), through Yashuah (Jesus) so that He can and will direct our path. We must admit that in this time of wickedness, doing the will of YHWH, walking circumspectly (careful to consider all circumstances and possible consequences: prudent), with Him, is the only remedy for all of our problems because it has gotten seemingly harder and harder. (John 16:33 “I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.”) And the days of life, as we see and know it now, are revealing sicknesses of all sorts and degrees in the mind, heart, body, and spirit.

The truth is, that it is not going to be easy for the old saints to hold on unless we buckle down and get back to that which is much needed; prayer, love, peace, and patience for one another. (Just think

about this, if the mature saints cannot handle the many troubles, trials, and tribulations of the world, alone, what about the ones who have recently given their life to Yashuah (Christ) or the ones who are thinking of doing so? It will be even harder; especially from the beginning unless you start with truth, from the jump and boldly, with the strength He gives you, focus on your commitment to Him (Christ), and stand firm in your faith and your commitment no matter what. (1 Corinthians (ESV) 16:13-14 13 Be watchful, stand firm in the faith, act like men, be strong. 14 Let all that you do be done in love). GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

Prayer

YHWH, help us to realize and understand that You got it all under control. And our faith and trust are what will get us through; not just some things but all and everything.  Forgive us our sins, as we forgive those who sin against us. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

STOP SITTING ON THE SIDELINE OF YOUR LIFE IN FEAR. ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF YOUR PARTICIPATION: BE HEALED IN MIND, HEART, BODY, AND SOUL AND LIVE A LIFE WORTH LIVING

None of us can nor should expect to be healed, rather mind, heart, body, or soul until we have accepted the responsibility of our own life, accepted it, and developed a righteous mind set. It is the right conclusion to this seemingly un conclusive way in which our minds are trying to conform and maneuver on the many crooks and turns in which the prince of this world is heading and trying to lead us with him. We must be adamant in our effort to see the healing of our mind, heart, body, and soul and enjoy our life in this lifetime: this is the will of GOD. (John 10:10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly). (Ecclesiastes 8:15 So I commended pleasure, for there is nothing good for a man under the sun except to eat and to drink and to be merry, and this will stand by him in his toils throughout the days of his life which God has

given him under the sun). (PLEASE READ THE BOOK OF ECCLESIASTES, IT IS FULL OF WHY AND HOW GOD WANTS US TO ENJOY OUR LIFE).

The question becomes, what is our reaction, acceptance, or participation in a race, prepared for us by YHWH (GOD) but in most of our lives is being dictated by man? Do we settle in and continue to run a coarse full of unnecessary trials, troubles, and tribulations or do we choose to run according to the WORD?

This has always been a war over our souls, (who will be the victor?) a fight between good and evil. And even though it seems evil is winning the revelation of the outcome of the war is coming soon. So, we engage in every battle that is put before us (especially the ones that are most uncomfortable; marriage, family relations, children, job, church: all

that is relative in our life) but causes us to question our commitment to Christ.

We may get weary and tired, but it is not enough to quit and give in to the world: that is, accepting the easy way out (simply because it takes less energy and effort to sin) but we must press pass all the pains to get our reward. (Galatians 6:9 Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up). So, understand this, that we cannot retire from our own life; a life that Jesus died so that we are to live abundantly but we must stand firmly on the Word of YHWH, hold up the bloodstain banner indicative of Yashuah’s blood, and fight the battles so that we can win the war (YAH’s War), for our soul? And really, yes, it is dependent on what you do with all the mercy, grace, and favor, given to you, by YHWH (GOD). GODS GOT IT NO WORRY NO FEAR.

Prayer

LORD, God you are our heavenly Father Who has everything under control. We ask for forgiveness of our sins; committed knowingly and unknowingly, as

we forgive those who sinned against us. We praise You for what You have done in and through our lives. And yet, because of an unwarranted fear, we sometimes feel as if we are just standing on the sidelines while all Your goodness passes us by: we feel trapped in the confusion of this world. But LORD we know that it is all an illusion, brought to us by the devil to keep our focus off of Your commandments and promises. LORD, HELP US TO STOP SITTING ON THE SIDELINE OF OUR LIFE IN FEAR. ACCEPT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF OUR PARTICIPATION: BE HEALED IN MIND, HEART, BODY, AND SOUL AND LIVE A LIFE WORTH LIVING. In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

WITH GOD’S GRACE AND MERCY WE CAN PUT AWAY ANYTHING THAT HOLD US BACK; ALLOWING JESUS TO FINISH OUR STORY AS HE WROTE IT: THIS IS HEALING

God gives us grace a new every day; His mercy endures forever (meaning it is always with us and will never leave us), it never ceases. (Lamentations 3:22-23 (ESV) The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases; his mercies never come to an end; 23 they are new every morning; great is your faithfulness). His favor is just an ask and accept away.

You do not have to succumb to the world and give up your path toward perfection (eternal) or your plans and goals in the natural. The benefit of being a child of the Most High God is that with His love, mercy, and grace, we can be all that we can be, in Christ. Even in an unsettled world that is trying to keep our focus off of the only One that can settle it. And while facing all forms of problems, circumstances, or sicknesses that are surrounding and trying to keep us down and away from the only One that can cure and solve it.  

The saints that went before us are our examples of how to live the lives of faith and encourage us to live that way also. They experienced many things, (things we can only imagine; witnessing His torture by the very people He came to save), leading up to the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour and through the Scriptures in the Bible gave them to us for our journey. All the righteous and good YHWH (GOD), saw in us, was enveloped in Jesus and all the sin and ungodliness was put on Him for our sake; for by His stripes, with His blood all things are healed. (Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed).

So, we are in a position where we can and must use their knowledge of the events and changes, brought on by and through the birth of Christ, from personal observation and experience. And with His saving grace and generous mercy, toward us, give all our problems and burdens that are causing us to continue to profoundly sin and with patience (utilizing the capacity to accept or tolerate delay, trouble, or suffering without getting angry or upset), which has been given to us, by Yashuah, Jesus, to Him. Because Jesus has written the story and know the beginning, end and all that is in the middle of our lives. For the reason, of saving our sin sick souls, alone, He suffered the shame of lies, beatings, and false accusations. Then He went to the cross He did all of this knowing that it was for the glory of the Father and to be our mediator.

(Hebrews 12:1-4  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God. 3 For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds. 4 Ye have not yet resisted unto blood, striving against sin.

A WAKE-UP CALL FROM YHWH (GOD), THROUGH YASHUAH (JESUS) TO TRUTH, RIGHTEOUSNESS, MORALITY, DOUBTS, RIGHTS, BURDEN, HESITATION: HELPING OUR BROTHERS AND SISTERS THROUGH THIS PANDEMIC

The truth shall set all of us free. And if what is contained in this “LONG READ”, is not, GOD will deal with me not man.

The thought of writing on the subject of “THIS Virus,” that in all honesty, could have been contained by now, (this scripture sum it all up), (2 Chronicles 7:14 if My people who are called by My name will humble themselves, and pray and seek My face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land),was and is a hard thing to do. I decided to do so, nevertheless, to allow those who are refusing to accept the Lord Jesus as their Saviour; study His word, do His will, and walk in His way, know that the complexity of this time is such that it is truly simple; to those who think themselves wise it will be confusing but to the children of the Most High, we understand. (1 Corinthians 1:27 But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty;) Think about it, this is not the first time that an infective agent with the ability to multiply and has a detrimental effect on the human population, has been allowed, by GOD. Take for instance Measles, rubella, chickenpox, shingles, and smallpox. All, when first came about, had a profound effect on the world’s population. A vaccine was formulated, and vaccination was admitted; overtime they were controlled. And if we put the same emphasis on this virus as those, it can be prevented through mask wearing and vaccination. It is not meant to destroy us but to shake up, not only our nation, but the whole world.

But some of us need a lesson in doing the righteous thing even if you do not feel like doing it. Helping to prevent the spread to others, is the right thing to do; we do this by vaccination or diligently wearing our masks. It is helping our brothers and sisters in their time of need. But man’s love for power, money, and control, has caused YAH to allow it to be more deadly than the first strain and redirected its target to include the young children. And it is spreading, at an alarming rate, again, due to lack of responsibility of some and carelessness of others. But when you look around at our fellow Americans and realize that their minds have been easily, with repetitive negative words and slanderous rhetoric, are ultimately sabotaged by the enemy (man or Satan), you sit back and wonder why YHWH put up with us messes; He has a plan. We see how the original virus has mutated, Hum? And continue to do so; the effect of the virus is beginning to rise again: it is coming back with a vengeance, and it is attacking and taking our babies.

You would think that with the death, destruction, and disarray of the original virus (COVID-19) that people would wise up to what is going on now with the variants and get the vaccine and or wear a mask. Because the variants are more aggressive and are spread by those who refuse to believe the virus exist, refuse to get vaccinated or even wear a mask. The original virus was bad but now we face several forms or versions of it that differs in some respect from it and are mutating into other forms of the same thing or from the original one. And they are worse!

“WAKE UP PEOPLE! COME OUT OF THE FOG OF DELLUSION AND CONFUSION; BROUGHT TO YOU BY THE DECEPTIVE ONE, SATAN”. 

The vaccination has been formulated, (knowledge comes from GOD), to fight against it. But there are those out there who insist on the disease itself, being a made up, a hoke.  Something to deceive or control; but if you listen closer to the rhetoric, of the one bringing it to you, you will see that their gullibility is the deception in itself. And when you listen to this “man”, not the Word, you will fail to see the truth, you have been deceived. Our responsibility is to God first, self, and those around us. But when we deny the truth of YHWH (GOD) and His Word, the one whom we follow, and accept the lies, is the devil. (John 8:44 You are of your father the devil, and your will is to do your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, and has nothing to do with the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies).

Since you have been convinced that this virus and its mutations are nonexistence what will you do when it comes to call on you and your house? There are people now, who believed that it does not exist or that (not saying He want) GOD will cover them, from it. Yes, He will if it is His will and there are no lessons to be learned from this: opening our eyes to the degradation of the moral fiber of men; bringing us back to Him; a closer walk, is His plan.

Did not YHWH, Himself told us to go to a physician when we are sick, (not only physical but also for spiritual). We are to seek the Balm of Gilead (a rare perfume used medicinally before Yashuah was called it, which has come to signify a universal cure in figurative speech. But it was created for healing purposes; as was our Lord and Saviour created to heal our minds, hearts, and bodies and save our souls. (Jeremiah 8:22 Is there no balm in Gilead? Is there no physician there? Why then has the health of the daughter of my people not been restored?)

For all of you doubting Thomas’s, out there, ask yourself this question. Can a non-existent illness make you sick and even go as far as killing you? And why did YHWH (GOD), create scientists and doctors? Was it for such times as those in the past, this one for the present, and who knows what the future will bring? YHWH, GOD, through Yashuah, Jesus, has given and will give us relief from our illnesses and distresses through the hands of men, chosen, by Him to do so. (Luke 5:31 And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick). Even though, at that time, He was (still is) referencing Himself, His sight into our future made Him privy to this cause; giving man of choice, the ability to heal (in His name with the skills and knowledge He provided them with. Still, we as the children of YAH, must do our part to help each other. (Galatians 6:2 Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ). Anytime we do for others we are doing it to Yashuah (Jesus). (Matthew 25:40 And the King shall answer and say unto them, Verily I say unto you, Inasmuch as ye have done it unto one of the least of these my brethren, ye have done it unto me).

Now that you have exercised your rights to do what “feels” good to you, ask the babies who are in the ICU’s, around the countries, dying simply because the ones who are supposed to be looking out for them (the parents) and the whole (the government) refuse to educate them on wearing masks, since they refuse to vaccinate. Or the parents themselves refuse to act on what is necessary to help prevent the spread like getting vaccinated or wearing the mask. (Matthew 18:6 But whoso shall offend one of these little ones which believe in me, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck, and that he were drowned in the depth of the sea). This is the time when we must bear one another’s burden in order to relieve the suffering of the whole, fulfilling the law of Jesus. (Galatians 6:2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ).

I am aware that each has his/her own burden to bear; their own choice to make but we, especially YHWH’s saints, should choose the righteous way; help others.  Because when your choice creates a direct or indirect miss use of GOD’s word there are consequences.

Deuteronomy 32:46 he said to them, “Take to heart all these words I testify among you today, so that you may command your children to carefully follow all the words of this law. Proverbs 11:19 Genuine righteousness leads to life, but the pursuit of evil brings death. Jeremiah 21:8 Furthermore, you are to tell this people that this iswhat the LORD says: ‘Behold, I set before you the way of life and the way of death.

I am not trying to argue or reason with anyone to do anything they are not sure of or just plain against. But for those who are hesitating because you have been heard something on Tic Toc or some other media and have been brain washed by those who are not in it for the truth but insist on spreading lies, death, and destruction, seek the true answer, (through Yashuah) for yourself. And don’t allow your mind to be controlled by mind-binding spirits (Binding and loosing is originally a Jewish Mishnaic phrase also mentioned in the New Testament, as well as in the Targum. In usage, to bind and to loose simply means to forbid by an indisputable authority and to permit by an indisputable authority).

Now take a good look at the facts; the statistics; the hospitalization of the babies: God’s Truth. With much prayer comes much progress in the spiritual and natural world. Me, personally, truly believe that the virus was allowed, by YHWH (GOD), as a wake-up call and now the vaccination is YAH’s way of

saying He has provided a way out, if we choose to believe it is of His doing and accept it with faith; knowing that He is in control, and He has this. And if you desire a complete healing, you will require a complete change of yourself; your way of thinking, looking, and acting toward situations that are bigger than you. This is that time and a band aid on individual countries will not do, but a whole new reconstructive surgery, involving the whole world; to pull out, take off, put in, and put on the newness, and a re-introduction of His Love (all that YHWH, through Yashuah, has to offer), His character. GODS GOT IT NO WORRY, NO FEAR.
